Forgot to pack shirts on a trip and found myself wandering around to pick some up. I've heard of UNTUCKit before but had never gone to their physical store. After getting an explanation of how the store works, Ashley helped me find my size and picked out some shirts. Sure, these shirts are higher priced than something you'd get from a department store, but the shopping experience is great, the fit is perfect, and the quality of shirt is great. While I might not make it back to this store specifically, Ashley has made me a customer for life!

I first ordered on line because of some commercials I heard on the radio. I didn't realized there was a location on the eastside and I then went in quite a few times for holiday gifts. All the girls, Joy, Paige and Edress were all amazing! They know their merchandise, they ordered online within the store and best of all they made it all fun! Great crew:)

Horrible customer service, limited stock on what they offer (especially in bigger sizes), and good luck getting someone to talk to you if anyone else is in the store. I was very disappointed in service and selection. I'll stick with Stitch Fix for now.
