I have had the honor of meeting some truly wonderful team members of The Vantage from the personnel in the Leasing Office to one of my absolute favorite people, Jimmie, on the maintenance team. Jimmie makes my day with his kind spirit and smiles and has impeccable attention to detail. Even on his days off, I’ll see him canvasing the building and the grounds to identify anything that needs to be addressed. His tremendous work ethic, dedication to making this community beautiful and his amazing personality makes The Vantage feel like home. I am so grateful to and for him!

Natalie was my leasing officer and has been very supportive and understanding since beginning.Takes prompt action and ensures work is done on maintenance complaints in timely manner.It's a nice place to stay at !Look out for specials if going to rent here.

Absolutely love the staff that works at The Vantage. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is at a high standard. Joe, the maintenance manager is always quick to make sure that issues are fixed and fixed correctly in a timely manner.

Absolutely love this property! The office staff are amazing from Alexa Foster all the way to Ashley Harris property manager. They always are ready to help and answer questions. Their maintenance crew ran by Joe are top notch. Highly recommend looking into this property if you are looking to move into the area!

These apartments are so nice and clean. The living space was so roomie for me and I loved my huge bedroom. On top of the superb apartments. Andre Reed that works there was super helpful to me and my family. His customer service was top tier. I feel like I made a great choice by moving here.

I had a very positive experience upon entering the Vantage Complex. I recently attended a holiday event in the complex event room and the building was immaculate.The gentleman 'Andre Reed' that assisted us made sure that we had all that we needed and made sure all outlets were working properly when we encountered a problem with one plug not working. I would definitely consider living here. ?

I want to share a few thoughts the management of the Vantage Apartments property. Since Ashely assumed the manager position she has addressed many issues, only improving the quality of living here. I want to thank Ashley for the changes that that have been done, the tenant community, cleanliness of the buildings, making sure that issues/problems are addressed in a timely manner. She is professional and still friendly and I believe she really cares about the Vantage Apartments. Thank you Ashley

This place is absolutely horrific!! I’ve been renting here for 8months and the property manager is unprofessional avoidant & has a nasty immature attitude. She’s inappropriate her name is Ashley she’s the short big lady in the back of the office who isn’t capable of running a property of this magnitude! She’s rude & gossips in the office & also curses in front of tenants. The pool wasn’t open ALL summer! The hallways and carpet in my apartment is disgusting! The area being across from the mall will have you fooled this place is not luxury!! ***DO NOT RENT HERE NOT WORTH THE RENT REPORT ASHLEY FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM***

Moved in 2 weeks ago. I deleted my initial review of complaints because they did come in and fixed my blinds which were old/dirty and missing in some spots. But I am beyond frustrated with this place! As someone stating in another review, Having hot water around here is a luxury as the hot water never works!! If you have plans for the day, it is ruined because you literally can never take a shower!! the water is always ice cold!! The hot water seems to only work at night and it’s barely hot, it’s always lukewarm! Not having hot water is literally against the law and violates tenants rights, I will be contacting the county or state because this is so illegal. I’m literally sitting here crying because I cannot take a shower!! If I have to terminate my lease early, I will because this is so inhumane and illegal. I cannot believe that I paid $3,100 to move into a place where I barely have access to hot water this is so sad.

If I could give no stars I would. It's nasty, no consistent hot water, stinks, hallways always dirty... elevators always broke Maintenence is the worst. They lied about all the services they have, pool was not accessible ALL SUMMER! Ashley the property manager is rude condescending, liar and horrible at her job. Worst mistake of my adult life moving here!! JUST THE WORST. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THIS BUILDING IS REMINISCENT OF A CMHA BUILDING! EVERYONE IS UNHAPPY HERE

Went on a tour today and we were greeted by Ash'Lee Laster. The building was nice and the units have great appliances, also the presentation of the tour was great from the first email all the way to the quotes. My boyfriend and I will most definitely be looking into this apartment in the future.

The first time I called to inquire about renting a unit at Vantage I had a terrible experience. Then a few months later I called again as time was getting closer to my lease being up and was greeted with such great energy by a young man by the name of Stephen. He was the best!!! He even apologized and made up for my prior experience! If you’re looking to move here Stephen is definitely your guy!!
