My kids love LEGO, but I’m frustrated with this store. After driving 30 minutes for the Build a LEGO event (supposed to be 12-2 pm), they’ve twice been cleaning up by 1:30 pm. When I asked for an instruction sheet to take a photo and build at home, they claimed it was their intellectual property—even though my sister says their stores give them out. Here, they make 4-6 kids share a single sheet.

On 9/29/25 drove here all the way from Akron just to check out the Lego store. Got to the door at 2pm and see at least 5 employees in there with the door locked and a sign on the door. A lady close to the door saw me try to open the door and said, “closing today wasn’t our choice”. Looks like they are doing inventory during regular business hours or something instead of selling legos. Really pissed.

This store is clean and well stocked. They have adequate staffing to help all its customers. They can help you place an order or find missing and replacement parts.
Super fun to see all the display models.

The store itself was great but LEGO I am pissed at! I saved the money to buy the Disney Hocus-pocus Lego set which with taxes was $250 not cheap and was so excited to get home and build it. I open the first bag and of course not all the peices are there. So I go to Lego request new pieces and it really tells me that I have to wait up to 28 days for the new pieces?!?! Like that the hell is that! Do better Lego especially because you make these sets so expensive I expect for everything to be there. I am just so upset about it.

The Lego store and the Lego company is a joke. Every year Lego finds new ways to rip off their customers and give you every reason in the world to not buy Lego. For example 85 dollars for the new X-Men X-Jet.. A set that's worth 40 dollars at best. Their strategy seems to be pricing sets so ridiculously high they can act like they're doing you the biggest favor in the world by eventually reducing the price to what it should've originally costed in the first place. A trick that fools exactly no one. Lego has reached a new all time low. You can find better deals on Lego literally anywhere else besides the Lego store and Lego website. They send me an email about the Lego insiders rewards program saying I have to use my points before they expire then make it impossible to actually use the points. They ask for usernames and passwords then after 30 minites plus of going around in circles it says 0 points.. Not that anything in the rewards program is worth my time anyway. I could go on and on all day long about their failures but they already wasted enough of my time today.

Was at the store a while back and had a gentleman named Connor assist me with my purchases. He was absolutely fantastic and assisted my grandchildren with selecting their favorite set. So excited to build with them. Thank you lego and Connor.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a ton of really cool sets, and the build your own Minifigures station is always super cool to explore. Great place to go for gifts for the entire family. Missing a piece? They have a pick a brick wall with a lot of common, and some not so common, pieces to make your own set or finish a set missing pieces!
