Made an appointment the same day. Got an associate named Mario. He was beyond helpful and friendly. Got all our questions and the situation that we went in for handled quickly and kindly.

The store was clean the employees were not. The lady who handled my account snatched my card from me and told me a lie about my intended trade in.
