These people are great to deal with. Now remember, that they are very busy so be patient on any warranty items you are waiting for. I got a coffee maker replaced with a new one and it did take about a month before I received it at my home. But the one they sent was a better one than the one that had broken down. I did my communication with them by email and they were always courteous and very helpful. I will buy more of their products in the future.

I had a problem with a B&D toaster/oven, they had this company contact me and found I was covered. They had me cut the cord and send them a pic of the date code on it and a check to cover S&H for $7.50, then promptly UPS my replacement. All quick and easy and it just arrived, the day it was supposed to. Thanks, Jim

A company that still values its customers- yesterday my grandma called bc the knob on her Black & Decker toaster oven broke. She called and after a quick, EASY & understandable touch tone directions it sent her straight to an actual human being. Within a few more seconds she was told no replacement knob... instead they would send a new entire unit. Of course she had to cut the cord of the old one but she was still thrilled over receiving great & thorough customer service

Unfortunately had to use them for multiple George foreman grills I had purchased and had stopped working. They were easy to work with the first few times. I had purchased 3 George Foreman grills with warranties because they kept on breaking. I'm now getting the run around from them. Asking me to cut the cord and mail it to them with a letter of why its broke. A very important I'd number in the letter and a check to cover shipping. Now a few weeks later they haven't recieved the letter and check that was mailed to thier address. It's a shame! We loved using the grills but hate even having to call them.

Pretty happy with customer service. They guide me through the steps necessary for them to replace my coffee maker that is under warranty. Just cut the cord, write down model and reference number, my name and email to Ohio. We will be waiting for a cup of coffee

Our black and Decker iron started leaking water and progressively got worse with each use. I called for a replacement. They expect you to cut the cord while on the phone with them and email a picture of it before they send you a new one and pay for shipping. I refused and spoke to a supervisor who "pushed it through" so I could use it in the meantime. I will never buy another spectrum brand product again.
