Randy was a great assistant. She was very attentive and convinced me to try something new when it comes to makeup. Nice experience @ Pinecrest.

I experienced the best customer service at this location. The associates Lena and Paris was so knowledgeable and patient I will continue to purchase me make up from this location!!!

When this particular store first opened up at Pinecrest, I was very excited. It was new, clean, and well stocked. The employees were eager to help customers. Not any longer. Went shopping the other day, left with nothing. Everything I needed was out of stock. I guess I will just go back to ordering online via other websites.
