This store is going downhill lately. They’ll hire anyone, it seems. Some of the salespeople are very rude to customers, which wasn’t the case in the past.

Sephora has so many products. Such a small store. Little crowded. But staff is attentive and great listeners. They'll help you find everything and make recommendations. Easy to spend- leave broke, and beautiful

It’s very difficult to find this store in the mall. I walked the entire length of the mall two floors and called the phone number 20 times and no one answered. When I finally asked a salesperson at Nordstrom they told me how to find the store. ( its near CoHatch entrance also near Lush and Mac but you have to keep walking down a short corridor.

I used to go to the Sophia in Kohls. Terrible store they never have nothing. There selfs are empty and bad customer service.

I walked in for my 46th BIRTHDAY on my way to the gym. I was going to treat myself to a FULL FACE makeup purchase. EVERYTHING. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED. There was a blonde doing her own lipstick, 3 tacky brunettes at the door talking to EACH OTHER. One blonde was on her phone, an older looking blonde was fake straighting up products. Only saw one black girl helping a customer, a blonde lady helping someone, THAT WALKED IN AFTER ME, and another brunette on the register. I was NEVER greeted and so I left. Stood outside watching them all. I went to MAC, spent 500.00. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY SEPHORA AGAIN. ULTA Beauty and MAC from now on.

Had a great experience today. The two young ladies that helped me were beyond exceptional, especially the lady for the skincare. I will be using the items I purchased and hopefully they work for me!!

Staff was very helpful. Love this perfume, but they were out of stock. They looked up another few locations; where I could purchase this perfume. Thanks ? for the great customer service ?!

I will never come back to this store. I walked in and started looking for foundation/tints and shade matching. I was greeted when I walked in but no one was available to help me. Then I’m trying to match foundations in the mirror for a good few minutes and this older woman associate starts standing directly behind me lurking like I’m going to steal something. I’d have thought she would at least ask if I needed help instead of just standing there staring me down. So I walked out without buying anything and figured I’ll just go to ulta or the Sephora in mentor.TL DR: don’t treat your potential customers like they’re going to shoplift something.
