The lady who picked up the phone is ghetto and unprofessional. If you can't answer questions about a product DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. We don't know you are with another customer and we know we are welcome to come in. She is welcome to do your job.

.The bleached blonde fake eyelashed employee is extremely rude. Attn: Sally Beauty Corporate, if you close another store, please let it be the one on Chagrin Blvd. in Beachwood, Ohio. This lady needs training in customer service in the worst way. She acts as if she's doing you a favor by waiting on you, she has her nose in the air like she smells something, and will barely answer your questions about products. Corporate, if you do close this particular Sally Beauty DO NOT send her elsewhere until you train her thoroughly.

I used to go here A LOT in the past! And they were never ever rude to me over the phone! Someone answered the phone I am not sure if it was the same lady that the manager over there where this other customer stated she had beach blond hair the other customer said the same thing how she does not have good etiquette! saying the manager was RUDE! I am not sure if it was the store manager but she was VERY RUDE and I was trying to see why the one in Mayfield closed up so Corporate had a possible idea she was RUDE and gave me an attitude and would not tell me why the reason they closed down was I said why can’t customers know? She said with an attitude she said it doesn’t matter because they won’t open back up anyway! And I asked her if she had cross earrings and she was like we have different ones I said the Studex cross earrings? She was not helpful! She said we have different ones! Very very rude! Corporate is trying to help me to see if they have cross earrings in stock! And I addressed to corporate her rude nasty behavior

a REALLY mean lady works here. she will bully you into giving out your personal information and force you to buy things you don’t need. What she’s doing should be illegal. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

The manager at the the Beachwood, Ohio is very rude, she will talk down to you with no customer etiquette. I’m surprised she is still there. She is the Black Woman with the bleach blond hair. Quit going there because her attitude!!!

I normally dont write reeviews but my experience need to be told. I came in to get bleach and color. It was blonde hair African American woman working I'm assuming at this point she's the supervisor. She was rude and not helpful. Nicest way to put my visit: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! I've came in there several times and tried to give her the benefit of doubt but her demeanor was trash EVERY trip. People I know that been there said the same thing. Overall she doesnt know how to talk to anyone. If you're going to act like b**** then you shouldnt be in customer service. Please dont get me wrong I love Sally's but definitely can go without her.

Visited Sat 4/23 and received exceptional customer service...the ladies there said that this location was not their regular location to work but they were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything...Unfortunately visited the following week on 4/30 to receive the most rudest service I could ever imagine.. it was clear that the lady didn't want to be at work and I didn't feel comfortable asking her any questions... U never know what others are going through especially with the things going on in the world today... It doesn't take a lot of energy to be nice to customers and it definitely won't hurt to smile... Definitely hurt my feelings and I will never visit this location again

I walked in on a lovely day while out shopping, stopping in to see what they had, and immediately I got the feeling that I was unwelcome.The two middle-aged women behind the counter didn't greet me or even really look my way, despite gently saying hello to them. I looked around & they never asked me if I was looking for anything in particular, and as I left I said goodbye with no response.I was dressed perfectly normally & didn't look shabby at all. But clearly they didn't feel the need to welcome a customer during a slow period on a quiet weekday. Frankly, that minimal amount of service is a basic thing at pharmacies & convenience stores, so I don't know why these two felt that a simple greeting was beneath them. But it made me feel like if they aren't willing to show the most minimal amount of courtesy & sales-ability, why should I buy anything from them? They don't want me there, and they probably don't want you there. Shelves were well-stocked & maintained, products were in good order, but as I said, I felt no inclination to buy anything from such rude staff. A little dignity & an offer of assistance is all I really would have liked; these are bare minimums in any shop.

I was looking for three items: Tweezerman nail clippers (fingernail and toenail); Out The Door quick dry top coat; and hair elastics that don't pull the hair. I was only able to find the quick dry top coat, however, since there were so many bottles on the shelf I won't complain too much (usually I need three to five and there's only one).The associate explained that their store doesn't get too many Tweezerman products any longer and that they are out of hair elastics until their next shipment.

Will never spend my money at that store until the employees go through training to be friendly and professional. That older woman has a bad attitude as if she is doing me a favor. I don't see how she was hired unless it was a desperate situation.
