Store especially fashion and style accessories at surprisingly low prices. Most items completely expendable. But in between it is possible to find a top brand at a bargain price. Don't rule out visiting one of their locations.

Hopefully, a real MANAGER DOES SOMETHING. Terrible service. The store manager is racist and discriminatory. She forbade my daughter from sitting in a chair. I asked her for her name so I could report it to her manager and what she did was throw me out to the police and run me out of the store. Believe me, the owner of the store, I hope, and the owner of that store, oh, a real manager, something.Bad services from the manager. She doesn't know how to treat customers, we go there very often and we have never had problems. We are going to report cooperatively to see if they do something because it can't stay like this. I'm not the only one who complained to her about how little time she was there. That means a lot.

Whoever the woman is that's working the register right now really needs to learn how to talk to and treat her customer. I simply asked for a bigger bag for my mom because she bought me some stuff. She proceeds to tell me that I need for more items to get a big bag. She rang my mom's stuff up and I proceeded to tell her what all I needed to go in the bigger bag so my mom would have the smaller bag since she only had 3 items and I had 3 pairs of pants, 6 pk of socks, shirt and 4 other items and she instantly got an attitude! I told her never mind I would do it myself. She is wearing a black and white stripped sweater with jeans and her hair is in a ponytail! I don't go here often and that made me never want to go back to that location! It's free to be nice!

Ross stores are infrequent in the northeast ohio area; from the North Akron area, it is a minimum 30-minute drive to either of the next two closest stores. That being said, Ross is worth checking out, and this one in Beachwood is worth setting aside the time to explore. I don't always find stuff that I personally want to own, but I consistently see Pretty Good to Excellent discounts on things you just don't see everywhere, and certainly not as inexpensive. I like this particular store because it's 99% organized, clean, and has a good ever-changing variety of things from well-established brands. The one closest to me does as well, but much less frequently has anything in my size or style. Also, Ross in general features in my life as a place you can get great deals, sometimes more often, on certain things but not others, in the vein of TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Burlington. However, this particular store tends to lag on attentive customer service, except in the checkout line, which to my experience has never ever been long, regardless of the size of the line. Overall, well worth the trip, and I have never found any reason to make a return or complain.
