Grabbed a quick sandwich at the food court. Friendly service. Spicy chicken sandwich didn't look that great. However it tasted great. Nice tender piece of chicken with good breading. The heat kicked in and had great flavor. Worth a quick grab if you are at the mall.

The chicken at the Beachwood mall location is bland and terrible! I’ve never had bad Popeye’s until now! There wasn’t a single grain of seasoning on this chicken! The prices are too high to receive poor quality food. They need to do better by their customers. I thought of deboning the chicken and giving it to my dog, but i love my dog and he doesn’t deserve bad food. I threw it on the trash.I called the restaurant and spoke respectfully to the manager. He did offer to refund my money. I will take him up on his offer and never patronage this place again.

Will not be coming back here. Approached the counter, 1 girl was on her phone, another just walked up and started messing with the girl on the phone, and manager just walked up and grabbed a juice box to drink before I was even asked if I was ready to order. Food sits I. A hot window for hours so you can expect sub par chicken and just felt like I was being stared at by everyone that wasn't ignoring me.

I was excited to learn that a new Popeyes restaurant was opening near my home, in a great location like the Beachwood Mall. My family and I always enjoy having some delicious fried chicken. However, when we visited the restaurant today, we were disappointed that the employees seemed more interested in their phones than in helping customers. The manager was at the cash register, so I don't know if it's ok to be glued to their phones at work. I strongly believe that all employees should prioritize customer service, regardless of their wage.Although I prefer Popeyes over Chick-fil-A, their biggest competitor, I have to admit that Chick-fil-A has much better customer service. If Popeyes wants to win the loyalty, of their customers they need to focus on providing better customer service and maintaining higher levels of cleanliness. (This applies to all their Restaurants)I don't mean to be rude, but as a loyal customer, I hope that Popeyes will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their brand.

I placed an online order while in the mall. I watched multiple people get orders. When I asked the manager about my order, she said it wasn't ready. Then I waited another 25 minutes and try to ask her again. And she says that she did not see the order and proceeded to have an attitude with me AND BLATANTLY IGNORE ME. I started to record because she had an attitude and I knew where it was going. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in the Food court of the mall. The manager is a black lady who is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. This is who is representing the company its a disgrace to the franchise.

I put in a mobile order. Picked it up took it all the way home and realized that half my order was not in the bag. When I went back to tell them, I was accused by a woman in a black shirt and cashier of lying. Whoever sealed the bag knowing that half the order was missing should be to blame, not the customer who spent $40 on food. The staff is ghetto untrained and disrespectful. They make orders wrong then accuse the customer of being conniving. Everyone’s attitudes here are HORRIBLE. Corporate needs to fire everyone and hire new people with correct customer service skills. Even after I got the correct order I still thanked them for fixing it to which no one even had the decency to speak back. This was my first and last time ever coming here!!

One of the most worst experiences. There was no wait time when I placed my order . And I became the last person out of 6 people behind me to get my food. I couldn’t get a refund and I waited 30mins for my food, while staff are busy on their phone having conversations even the cook!! Very unprofessional and unsanitary.
