I had a tire with a very slow leak. Other places were unable to find the cause and repair it. I brought my car to Beachwood NTB for a routine tire rotation and mentioned the slow leak without any expectation that they would be able to find it. Within just a few minutes Kenny called me to the door and showed me the tiny nail that my tire had picked up causing the slow leak. He very quickly repaired the tire and I no longer have a leak. Thank you, Kenny, for your excellent work.

I've been to quite a few NTB's and this one, by far, is the best. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient and there seems to always be someone willing to assist me with my tire pressure when I come by. Great group of guys. :)

Bob helped me tremendously. Was getting off freeway and car didn’t sound or feel right. Took it right in to Bob and he was able to tell me what all I needed done. They a little pricey but it’s worth it for excellent work and service. Had to get stabilizer bar, wheel alignment, brakes and rotors. I was able to drop off my car and go back to work. My car was done an hour before I got off work.

The Beachwood location is comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do excellent work.

Stopped by with leaking front tire, CJ signed us in and plugged the hole in which they found a bolt! The tire was fixed before we got out of our appointment. Great, quick, courteous service!

NTB is great! I contacted them before the holidays with a flat tire and they fixed it in a few hours. I thought I needed a whole new set of tires, but they were able to replace just the flat one, saving me hundreds of dollars before the holidays.It’s so rare to find honest, trustworthy service for your car, and this shop is it!
