Eric was very short with me over the phone regarding my questions about opening an account. He was speaking extremely fast and his tone was very rude and condescending. He completely cut me off and spoke over me and seemed to be in a rush to get it all out. He neglected to ask if I had any further questions nor did he thank me for interest. He also did not invite me to consider coming to explore opening an account in the future. He was very snappy with me. He would benefit from learning to be more pleasant and speaking at a normal pace. Eric desperately needs customer service and phone skills training. Now I would never think of stepping one foot into this branch or at this bank. What an awful experience. Do better Eric. Ohio savings would do better without employees like Eric having a total disregard to potential customers!

Excellent Branch. Great personal service. I especially like that the branch is rarely busy. The staff is professional and courteous and always helpful.

Ohio Savings Bank ( NYCB) has been my bank since before I got out of high school, more than 40 years ago. Its name has changed over the years, but I still get the same friendly service at my local South Euclid branch. It has all the usual banking services - CDs, money market, safe deposit boxes, ATMs, etc. Nowadays, I do my banking online and there website handles everything I desire. However, if I need a notary or personal face-to-face attention, there are a many branches in NE Ohio.

A horrible banking institution. The absolute worst. they don't have Twitter or Facebook page because of the thousands of complaints and bad press. Stay away from this bank

If you want a deposit slip, forget about it if you're at the drive up send thru. They will ignore you if you press the call button.
