I have always gotten my cars from Major, and i will continue to do so! I was inching closer to my lease expiration, and Major was able to find me the perfect car ASAP! He was very transparent about everything, and helped me decide what was best for ME financially. As someone who has a busy schedule, working with MH3 cars was the best decision. All it took was two phone calls, and my car was delivered to me! Paperwork signed in just a few minutes in my driveway. No need to spend hours upon hours sitting in a dealership when Major and his team can get you in the perfect vehicle in no time. I am beyond happy with my brand new car!

Phenomenal service from Major and the whole team. I was so worried about my car being totaled in May that I wouldn’t have a car but I had Gap insurance . I had a 2024 Honda crv for 2 months now I have a 2025 Honda crv . Major has walked me through every step of the way . Now I’m in my new car . I thank you so much Major

Definitely an awesome experience with MH3 cars’ team! They’re very attentive and family oriented. Thank you for being informative and patient as I made my decision. I loved the personalized customer service given by Dee Dee when she delivered my truck. This type of customer service is needed to lessen the stress when purchasing a vehicle.

From the moment I stepped into MH3 cars, I was greeted by the owner, Major Harrison, III. His knowledge of any vehicle is astounding! I have always purchased my vehicles from him, but now that he OWNS his own, I’m shouting from the rooftop!
What I loved was the transparency and honesty throughout the entire process. There were no hidden fees or surprises, just clear and straightforward communication every step of the way. I wasn’t hit with any “car salesman lingo” or any cringy phrases. The signing process was the easiest I’ve ever done. Also, I never know what type of vehicle I want, but I always tell Major what I’m looking for in a vehicle and he makes suggestions, and they are always spot-on.
To me, what truly sets MH3 Cars apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. From the moment I drove off the lot in my new vehicle, I felt like part of the MH3 Cars family. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, even following up afterward to ensure everything was going smoothly. And, when I had a question about 8 months into having my vehicle, I still called them to ask about something I wasn’t sure of, and they answered it right away. Amazing!
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at MH3 Cars. This is my third time leasing/purchasing a vehicle with Major! His professionalism and knowledge in this field is unmatched. Major is kind, patient, and very honest. I have never felt like just another customer, Major makes me feel like family! He walks you through the process from start to finish. He’s able to answer any question that you have and ensures that you’re educated, confident, and comfortable along the way. His commitment to providing you with a high quality experience is top tier! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, MH3 cars is the way to go! Major has access to a vast inventory ranging from brand new and used vehicles. If you’re not able to make the drive to him, that’s ok too-he will have the car delivered to you! You will not be disappointed! Additionally, his support staff is amazing as well! 10/10-highly recommend!

I’m so happy MH3 was available for all of my needs, I told Major exactly what I wanted and MH3 delivered everything I asked for, they even delivered the car to my home. Excellent customer service and compassion for their customers. I give them 10stars for EXCELLENCE.If you don’t know, MH3 is the place to GO!

The service I recieved here was impeccable and unmatched! I will never go into a dealership again to make a vehicle purchase. Major is very professional and took the time needed for me to make an informed decision. Major knows his cars! I was so impressed with his service from the begining of the process to the end that I can't stop talking about the service I received here. The entire experience was first class!

if it’s not with Major i will not shop cars. he is the best salesman in OHIO. drives the cars straight to your home to view and for test drives. it is a overall great experience with a overall great guy. if you need a car you MUST shop MH3 CARS !!

Sooo, I was about to be over my milage on my lease, but I still had an entire YEAR left! I made a call to Major and baby. He put on that Superman Cape and got me out of the lease, and into a 2024 accord, the best part of all its a MF hybrid!!! MY gas tank is still on FLORIDA?from last Thursday! Major put me in my first truck in 2001! Highly recommend!!!
