If you’re looking for acrylic just don’t go here or maybe try your luck it was just bad and she messed up my French tip on top of it wouldn’t fix it was rude through getting my nails done. Got directed to a guy who’s yelling at me ridiculous never again

Service requested: 4 out 5 two pedicures one no polish one gel Both scheduled for 1:30pm Pedicurest took us back and was kind enough to start my water and I was told my lady was finishing up.... By 1:50pm of sitting in cold water I was over it. But my pedicurest made up with it her personality. Very hospitable and gave clear instructions Gina 5 out of 5 thank you! Would try again Quality: 4 out of 5 Receptionist: piss poor horrible attitudes some people can multitask they can not!

I found my place- this is it!????? The best I've found in entire Cleveland area for dip - gorgeous: elegant, classy and total pro. This salon has the best vibes - everyone gets along with and helps each other, a truly friendly, professional and pleasurable environment. Gorgeous work. Fair prices too. So happy I found you. ?

Walked in here early this morning with my daughter hoping for a little girl time and some manicures and a pedicure. We were greeted warmly, and the receptionist was able to get us in right away with Gigi and Cathy. Both women were friendly and accommodating, and they were super patient in explaining everything to my daughter as it was her first trip to the nail salon. They helped her pick colors and patiently used several different rainbow and glitter colors as she requested. I received just a polish change on my toes (by my request) and my daughter had a full pedicure. Eugenia took extra time to paint each toe a different color and was beyond gentle and kind. Our nails look amazing, we feel very lucky to have come across this place, and will be back again.

Very disappointed in this salon. Manicure: polish was old and "goopy". Asked if they could use a new bottle. They would not. Polish began to peel off next day. Also scheduled a single process with low lights. The stylist, i wont say his name out of courtesy, literally did not know how to do this common procedure. I ended up leaving with a terrible manicure and nothing done with my hair. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

TLDR: AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you don't want your toenail ripped off in the process.My wife (& the multiple other women that have been consulted in the past 3 hours) has gotten gel polish multiple times. NEVER has she, nor they, had an experience where removing the polish has been such an arduous & painful chore...the process took 3 hrs, despite *taking the advice* of the owner on how to remove it!The gel stuck to my wife's nail & broke the nail to the point of blood! I called the business & it took the owner 1½ hours to call back despite telling the front desk abt its urgency.The owner, obsessed w/ making an extra buck on a $90 service, insisted that she has done it all wrong despite my first two sentences being a fair amount of anecdotal evidence & despite taking his advice on the removal!Somehow this owner found the knowledgeable monopoly on nail polish removal & us, being reasonable educated people who have removed gel nail polish many a times over the years, could not possibly have done it right, of course ??♂️...customer service is nonexistent these days. The owner would rather be greedy & right than take responsibility & admit that someone made a big mistake at his place of business. Claims of prior happy customers doesn't negate present mistakes (we're all human)....Oftentimes the customer is incorrect & overreacting, but in this scenario, w/ the time wasted, blood & years spilled, I don't believe so...With gel polish that strong, I would use his services to paint my house, but never again for a family member's nails.

Very upset and extremely disappointed with my manicure. I went in to get a manicure and a pedicure because I have a wedding and a birthday party for my mom this weekend. I spent some time picking out a color and was very clear that I wanted the same color on my toes and my fingers. I had a basic pedicure and it turned out fine and I am pleased with the color. However, the manicurist promised me that the dip color would be the same as the regular color on my toes. It was not even close. She then said that she would put on gel to cover it up and it would be the same color as my toes. Well it was closer, but not by a lot. It did look better. Meanwhile my toes and fingers clash. Fingers are more red and toes are more magenta. I am so disappointed as I was really looking forward to having everything perfect for this black optional wedding. Now, it looks ridiculous and clownish. I called Lush and they did offer me an appointment tomorrow. However, I am hosting my mom’s 85th birthday party and I really do t think that I have time. I will have to play it by ear. The nail technicians/manicurists/pedicurists need to know their products or the salon needs to make sure that the product numbers are correctly matched up. I paid a lot of money for this sloppiness and I am very upset.
