You're better off with H&M, take it from me. This place is so expensive, and yes I know it's designer, but there are better designer places, for example. Ferragamo, Ted Baker, & Ralph Lauren. This place might have the biggest name but the smallest of quality.

Zara was the associate who first greeted me and was less bothered to help me and just dismissed me and told me everything has to be ordered online. Great… the horrible customer service just helped me decide on a YSL bag instead

My name is Robbie. I was there on Sept 11 2023. I was just browsing around and new there was this store here. Omg this stores customer service was beyond what I was expecting. The associate who I talk to was so welcoming even though I said I dont have any money to spend here. She offered me a water and I ask for prices on a couple of items. I wish I would of got her name because she rocked!!!!!!!!!! and made me fell so welcome at this location. Thanks you for the hospitality and for making everyone fell welcome in a inclusive store. Oh btw I mention I worked in security in Canton Ohio.

Went into this store yesterday to buy a silk square for my mom as a birthday gift. The sales lady instantly seemed annoyed. I don't know if having my husband and child with me was an issue but I instantly felt a negative energy. I asked to look at the squares. I then asked to see the bandeaus. I was there to Make a purchase but was not sure exactly which I wanted. My husband then started asking prices of 2 bags that I liked. Not sure if it was the way we looked but she acted like we couldn't afford the bags. I could buy any bag in the store if I wanted. She should not judge someone based off what they are wearing. My husband said he will not buy from that location because they were judgemental. I looked like a bum that day but I had the money. They lost a sale on a bag. I did purchase the bandeau. But won't be back to this location. ?

My wife and I enjoy shopping at this location because they offer an expansive line of luxury purses. More importantly, the staff is exceptionally friendly/knowledgeable and do not pressure you into buying something, but more so try understand your needs a match a bag to fit them. Definitely worth visiting this location.

Brought in an LV bag to be repaired. Staff was very nice and friendly.I asked some questions about some merchandise, but my questions didn't get fully answered or else I probably would've made a purchase that day. Before walking out I let them know I'd look online.The lady helping me was very kind and gave me here number in case I had any questions. She also said she'd send some recommendations to me.It's been a few weeks and I haven't recieved any recommendations. I also reached out to her with two questions about my repair and I didn't get a response.I called the general LV service number and they were very kind and helpful.Overall the staff at all occasions were friendly. I think they could improve on being a bit more thorough with clients. At least for me I know I would've spent more money if the service in store and out was more thorough.

Sales would not return calls and emails after purchase.Had some issues with my bag and called multiple times, left messages and received ZERO feedback.Wrote multiple emails to two salespeople, Atikah and Madison, and no response.It's not what I was expecting.

I would rate this boutique less than 1 star if I could. I had a bag purchased for me as a gift that I dropped off on June 26th to have it hot stamped and its been a nightmare every step. They lost the bag, than I finally called Fed Ex because no one would get back to me. I learned the store gave them the wrong address. They were unresponsive for days and than the excuses would come. I spent hours on the phone with fed ex and no help from the store at all. I called the "Help Center". I thought I started to get some where and I was wrong. I was even told things get lost there because it a call center so they could not guarantee a response or action. I finally was able to get Fed EX to send back to the store and I asked that the bag be hand delivered. Still no response to my text or calls. There are many more details, but its a mute point. If you want a Louis Vuitton with the service you would expect I suggest DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! I finally have the bag after sending someone to the store, because I have a broken foot and could not get there and they refused to send it or bring it to me. Remember it was there mistake to begin with. When my friend arrived to the store they made him go on a wait list. Again I called the manager and she did not answer the call nor return the call, but my friend finally did get put to the front of the line. When he gave them my name they spent another half hour trying to locate the bag because it was misplaced yet again. Definitely not the customer service you would expect from Louis Vuitton! Very extremely disappointed by this experience!

The new associate Clare is a doll. Worth the hour wait. Patient, kind, and very sweet. Breath of fresh air to this cold store. If she stays, ask for her.
