A great shopping experience with the kids before Christmas. While the prices are high, the staff is very helpful in selecting fragrances and have ample testers. The also have lovely boxes and wrapping is included with the purchase. A great annual stop.

Adrianna (the store manager) is EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and sweet! First off, she is highly knowledgeable about the products and skincare in general. I entered the store not really knowing what products I wanted to look at or try and she was able to guide me to 2 products that I anticipate I will love! She really listened to what I like in skincare and even used a super cool gadget to show me my skin hydration levels and guide me toward a more hydrating cream than what I would have picked out on my own. You can tell Adrianna is really passionate about helping customers find products that make them feel great.

I bought the entire set of the orchid scented line and it's my new favorite scent. Only criticism I have is that the body milk is a bit too thin, I would have liked to see a body butter.

I guess if I was French, then I'd be from L'Occford instead of Oxford. But then I'd also be reviewing Les Petits Macarons on Rue Pierre in Dijon, rather than a place in a mall in Cleveland. This Mall is the one where we did the 4 hour walking tour and went in almost every store. So thrilling. Note the sarcasm. This place is full of organic natural type lotions and soaps for women and men. Very fancy and expensive toiletries imported from France. Watch out because the employees can sometimes be condescending if you're not fancy enough for them.

horrible service. went to schedule an appointment and got put on gold three times and I barely talked to the guy for two minutes. awful. never will I ever waste my time with these people again.
