Lifetime Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of, and a big part of that is thanks to Carlton. From the moment you walk in, Carlton’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious. He’s incredibly charismatic, personable, and always greets you with a smile. His positive attitude makes the entire gym experience even better. Carlton truly cares about the members, and it shows in every interaction. Thank you, Carlton, for making Lifetime Fitness such a welcoming and uplifting place!

Horrible customer service, left very expensive shampoo and conditioner overnight and it was thrown out immediately. The staff did not seem to care much. If you have nice things and have ever left anything overnight at a gym, would recommend not getting a membership here.

Great gym on the east side, it’s always clean and they provide towels. Sometimes the machines don’t always work but other than that I wouldn’t change anything about it. They have an Olympic sized pool inside and a huge pool with water slides outside if swimming is your thing, and saunas as well in the locker rooms.

Great place! My family and I have been members since 2011 and spend a lot of time there year-round. We love the club: the staff is helpful and friendly, the equipment is maintained, the whole facility is clean, lots of classes for everyone each week, and wonderful indoor and outdoor pools.

This gym is the best around! I’ve been coming for around 8 years.
Some highlights:
• Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful
• Blair that runs the pickleball league and he is one of the best facilitators I’ve ever met. Keeps lots of differnt personalities happy & healthy while setting up events for all skill levels and ages!!

Based on the reviews, I was hesitant to sign up for lifetime fitness. After signing up my wife and I were thoroughly impressed. A lot of the issues laid out by the negative reviews seem to have been resolved. We are happy with this facility!

I like the equipment but nothing else, the worse staff members and leadership sending a bunch of emails everyday and trying to control everything. I was told that they'll cancel my membership because I didn't check in for awhile. I travel a lot and I go to other locations nationwide and I don't see how this will be their problem if the membership is paid, I should go back to Ohio just because they wanna see me? I called the facility and asked to talk to a manager but every time I tried they had a meeting so I didn't get an answer and for sure nobody called me back. They should take care of the facility and other problems, it's not their business how many times a member is working out if they collect the money anyway.

Loved working with Ian.
Lost 124 pounds when I started and wanted someone to get me on the right track for weightlifting. Great guy! I'll miss my time with him.
It's something to look at personal training exercises on the internet, but having Ian help me every step of the way was a much better option. This is a lifestyle I'll continue on for the rest of my life and I'm glad Ian helped me get there!

Always wonderful! Great facility, friendly staff. I love to work out here, then relax in the sauna and/or steam room and/or whirlpool! It is the palace of gyms!

I went there for the first time, I had a Guest pass valid for 1 week from my Friend in LA, California. And they denied me to enter saying the Main member should be present with you while there’s nothing in the policy saying that the main member or employee should be present !!!!! Also they were so rude to me and aggressively asking me to pay $45 for one day pass as they are trying ways to suck up your money by any means !! I have no clue why they were so rude and unprofessional like this though I was so polite with them “reception guys”!! While the Idea of someone coming for the first time, they should encourage them to be future customer. I would never think to be a member in this place whose employees aren’t respectful ! Guys you should be embarrassed of having such a service like that
