“So, I'm a traveler. I try with all my might not to spend $4 at the hotel for them to clean a pair of socks so I research drop off laundry service. If you have read my reviews this will mark at least a third laundry business that has done exceptionally well with their service. I was greeted and I asked if I could do drop off service and she said I could. She asked if I wanted just wash and fold and I agreed. She asked if I wanted it today or tomorrow and of course tomorrow was fine as I had clothes for the next day. The service was $3.99 a pound and my bag worked out to be 10 lbs. i arrived gave her my ticket and was promptly provided my folded clothes. Wow! What a great service. No arguments about undies, about required ironing or starches. Just cleaned and folded clothes. I'm happy and you will be too.”
“I have to give this place 5/5 and LONG OVERDUE!I fly from LA to Ohio and always bring my jackets I want dry cleaned to them! Legit they’re that good!I had a minor issue and it was all of my fault with my leather jacket, and the owner was so empathetic and understanding. I felt guilty because of how well they treated me here!Highly recommend to anyone!”

“I tried this laundromat for the first time yesterday and let’s just say this is the best laundromat I have ever been to in my life. It was so clean and the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The customer service rep is so friendly I don’t have not one complaint and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. Most of all I didn’t see not one roach there which is a Big Plus for me cause other laundromat’s be disgusting but not this one.”
“Our choir robes were cleaned here; and they did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. In the future,
we plan to have the robes for the children's choir cleaned here, also. I must say that I wasn't surprised at the service. Their friendly staff consistently do outstanding work and treat us like we're family.”

“Had good experience on memorial day had a lot of clothes to wash feeling a bit over whelmed but the 3 staff on duty very helpful clean space good washers and dryers I used the biggest load washing machines to get the laundry done whew I feel better but will never let my clothes build up like that again mission accomplished! Thank you made the day go easy still have some funds on my card will come back to clean comforters when time permits! Been a while since I've been to a laundry mat due to having washer dryer in home but laundry mat handy to get big loads all washed and cleaned only down side could not take cart outside to load up bags of clothes and use of card instead of quarters me old school but all good!”

“I love this place especially if you can’t get to the laundromat early they are open 24 hours great washers great dryers doesn’t take long at all only thing I really don’t like is the %3 hold fee they hold on the card if you wanna go there and not get that hold put on your card take cash you use at the change machine.”
“Everything is great, 2 things are always a problem. The cheapest washers are always broken..they want you to use the bigger machines... parking sucks. That fire lane should be at the corner of the building. Other than those 2 things. Staff is awesome especially the young light skinned man. Great location. I like it!!”

“First time here and the assistant is very nice and helpful. She has a very cheerful attitude and I like that. It’s kind of late so it’s not really crowded, which is also a plus cause I can get in and out. 3lb washer are $5.25 and the 2lbs are $4.25. You get 20 minutes free on the dryer side depending on how much you spend and how many loads if you get the loyalty card. Card doesn’t cost anything extra, you just load however much money you want on it.”
“I like this laundromat clean, good amount of machines, and you can even build up points for a free wash! However I can’t give 5 stars because like some of the other reviewers stated when Allison is working there she is borderline rude. I came today and had to wipe a machine out which caused me to start my load a couple minutes after 4:30 and she was making smart remarks to me about it not being started I told her I had to clean out the machine which caused me to start it after and she said I could’ve used the one next to it but that one had dirt in it too. The machines are usually clean but not while she was working. If Ms.Allison wants everyone out on time so she can go home she should clean the machines out and have them readily available for the paying customers instead of spending time harassing us about what time it is, as I’ve heard her do to others while I’m there as well! Please note other staff members have always been very friendly and helpful it’s just her.”
“Great service and great owners. I hadn't been in for over a year, working remote, owners still remembered me and treated me as if I hadn't been gone.Every time I had an issue they resolved it. Even called when I left a credit card in my shirt pocket.”

“I really love it up here. Since I moved to cleveland hts,maybe 7 months ago I've been going to this laundromat. It's very clean and I love the 1 attendant. I'm not sure what her name is but she loves sunflower seeds? she's the best!”
“I come to this laundry because it newer, large, clean and has an attendant. Machines take quarters--$3.25 for a wash. Dryers are free. Washers are top loads and larger side loads. You can buy quarters from the attendant. Today the laundry soap machine was not working, so remember to bring detergent. The rolling baskets are convenient to move wet clothes to the dryers. Opens at 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. New is a dog run in front of it. By the sign it looks like the Blind Society constructed it. Check it out.”

“I generally do my laundry during the evening normally between Wednesday and Friday. I like to go and do my laundry when John is working. He makes the experience much more enjoyable not a chore. The atmosphere is always seems to be light and fun when John is working. Anytime I've ever had an issue, John resolved the problem immediately. John has gone above and beyond to help customers by lending a hand if asked or resolving an issue quickly. He always engages the customers in friendly conversation, making you feel welcome. It's ALWAYS an enjoyable evening doing laundry when John is working and I plan my visits to ensure I go when he's there. John is an essential part of there store and would not be the same with out his upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work John and I will see you soon!!!!”
“They try hard to satisfy their customers. The Dryers work very well. They've fixed most of the out of order machines which is a definitely plus. The attendants are very attentive. The have great customer service. So far so good. I haven't had a problem. Anything I've asked them about they were able to provide a satisfactory answer. Going there when they are less people washing clothes is the best experience.”
“This was first time in a laundromat in over 2 decades, so all I knew was I need quarters and detergent. Sandy the lady that works there is so friendly. I have a king size white comforter that would not fit in my washing machine. She helped me, I was so relieved. The entire time I was watching her wash clothes, fold clothing, hang clothing and she took pride in her job. So I asked her if she could wash my comforter the next time. She quoted me a great price, I didn't know they would do that for you . I will definitely be seeing her soon. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you.”
