There is a free craft weekend and the staff was fantastic! They had lots of crafts ready and were very nice with the children

this place is so cool! My grandma brought me and my daughter here because she needed to pick something up, and my daughter loved it! they have little tables so your littles can play with the toys before you buy them, instead of just buying toys in hopes they’ll like it lol. the store is very clean, and their amazing staff is extremely friendly, and talked to me and my daughter the whole time. we will be returning very soon!

I visited the store today for my 5 year old starting kindergarten who is on the autism spectrum. Megan was incredibly helpful! With her experience as a reading and writing intervention teacher she helped me pick out exactly the products I needed. She made sure to mention current products on sale and available discounts as well. She was able to recommend additional resources and took her time explaining tips and tricks for a successful lesson with my son. She is a wonderful asset to your store and company and I certainly appreciated the shopping experience I had with her in the store. Thank you Megan!

Beware ordering multiple quantities of items. A couple of days after ordering multiples of a math toy, they notified me that they couldn't honor the sale price (nor any promotions moving forward) because THEY determined I was going to resell the items. They offered to let me pay about 40% more than my original total (i.e. full price) if I still wanted the items. Gee, thanks. That's what I get for trying to support smaller businesses. Looks like I'll end up on Amazon or Walmart anyway to get my daughters the help they need.
