Rooms are fine except for the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass panel that is extremely noisy and doesn't close fully. This means I wake everyone up, and they hear everything I do in the bathroom. Please put real doors up, and we'll come back!

My daughter attends John Carroll University and this hotel is convenient to the JCU campus. We have stayed at this location twice now and both times, Sherman, was working the front desk. He greeted me with a friendly smile and I was shocked that he remembered me from a couple months ago. This type of personality makes it a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Great job, Sherman!

I visited this hotel since close friends stayed at this location. The space is well-decorated, friendly staff, great home cooked breakfast, and great rates.

Front desk was very nice, pleasant and helpful. Room was terrible. The sheets were dirty (beds were made), there was a dirty sock on the floor of our room, and the toilet paper had not been replaced when we walked in. The shower was broken and leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the hall. The beds were not made properly, the mattress pads were bunched up below dirty sheets. Our second time staying here, both times very disappointed.

The employee was angry because he had to wake up to give us our door keys when we checked in. He was in the back sleeping and was rude to me and other hotel guests. The room was OK, but I asked for a king-size bed and got a double bed instead. Also, why are there holes in the ceiling?

Terrible customer service & dirty rooms. When we arrived the front desk girl was rude to us from the first interaction. There was no welcoming attitude. Then proceeded to give us a dirty room. There was water and towels on the floor. We took pictures and came back to tell her- she waved her hand offered no apology and said oh I gave you the wrong room that's all. Then when we went to walk away she laughed at my husband and I. The second room was also not clean. The chair was stained and we found hairs as soon as we turned down the sheets. At this point my husband and I called to speak to a manager, the front desk girl answered, and told us there was no manager at this hotel. We checked out around 6 am the next morning and we were told by the front desk gentleman a manager named Mike would be calling us, and I never received a call. We've stayed at a hotel Indigo in Baltimore and it was a very positive experience. This was horrible.

Very bad experience. The room is very old, and the elevator is so noisy. Cannot sleep during night because of the noise. The house keeping didn’t do it’s job. The home2 suite near by is so much better. Will never stay here next time.
