Kendra Styler reached out to me because she saw me look into a loan with Discover. She offered a better rate, collected my information, ran my credit and then backed out of a deal after I already told discover I got a better offer. She’s a scammer, and should be fired. I’m never dealing with these scammers again. Waste of time and ruined credit score. Don’t deal with Weststar or Goldwater bank. Liers, scammers and thiefs.

I do not understand the rave about this place.They make it seem like they can help securing a loan right for you. But, the moment it may require some creative approach for the legitimatly self-employed who have excellent credit, cash, and great payment history...and not in any overwhelming debt, they vanish.Such folks who legally deduct expenses to limit or legally avoid tax liability are shunned like lepers. I suppose the self-employed throughout lending history, were the only ones who ever defaulted on a loan, right? (sarcasm).Utterly horrible at returning emails, texts, or phone calls.This, under any circumstances in this day and age is totally unacceptable.Luckily I found a place that will work with me, sees the possibilities and who values new customer opportunity.

Ron Drose kept lying to our buyers..our house was to close on Nov 9 it is now Nov 18 the 4 times scheduling a closing because the kept saying they were sending paperwork to title company but has never been sent. They keep giving stories but there is no documents. Don’t use this company they will give you the run around. We as the sellers are needing our money and the buyers need the house cause they moved from VA to Indiana and have no place to stay. ..BUYER BEWARE.

Hands down the easiest mortgage experience I’ve ever had. Ilya and his team were tremendous with helping me from start to finish. Turnaround time on items and information was super quick as they had a great online portal that I could access at any time. Thanks to Goldwater!! I’m extremely happy with my outcome!

This was the easiest loan I’ve ever done. All the staff I talked too were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Never a question someone couldn’t answer. Paper work was pushed through fast and it all said and done in less then a month!!

What you don't realize in these reviews is that their staff are submitting ratings. Stay away from this company. They prey on people in bad financial situations and make it worse. Your end result will be much higher than they quote you which was higher than the mailers they send. They are con artists and they are unavailable if there's a problem

Stas Tsiperson has made the process as seamless as possible. Very satisfied with his knowledge & responsiveness. He gets the fact that if he has a satisfied client, he'll get the word-of-mouth marketing to reach the friends and family of his current clients (which is the way I found Stas). Really happy about my choice!

Stanislav is the best, no better way to put it but seriously though. There is not enough room in this comment box to go into detail to explain how much Stanislav helped out. He will listen to situation and then will find what is best for you and your situation. He was the only one to make it work while everyone else said they couldn't or turned away. Thank you again!!!
