I’m writing this to commend the excellent repair services over the last year received from our Building 4 Service man, Eugene(s?). Most recently he had to do “major surgery “ on my patio screen. A job I tried to do myself, but couldn’t. So I know the difficulty to do this job and the skill and resourcefulness that it took to accomplish. He’s a good man!

Former resident— Straight forward four seasons is more expensive than many apartments in the area… However I truly believe you get what you pay for and that stands true to this area. Super helpful staff when moving in and maintenance if a request was sent in during the week it would most likely be done same day or next. I will say don’t lose your key or opener as it’s $75.00 PER item or if you get locked out. I was in building four, and they had a wreck room and gym. The wreck room features a state of the art Golf simulation, pool, TV’s with cable, bar, and darts. It genuinely comes down to how much you want to spend. Beautiful first floor private pond as well. Will definitely be back sometime in the future!(Side note, security was somewhat strict and never felt unsafe on the first level. )

Great place to live. The building I am in offers huge apartments. I recommend this property.
Update: 10-29-2024 Eugene from Maintenance did a fantastic job replacing a broken faucet. He was on time, and he did the job quick and cleaned up behind him. he was fantastic. Thank you Eugene!!!!!

The best maintenance staff hands down especially Eugene if go above and beyond was a person. He has made my residence here so easy I had just had a surgery a couple months back and I could not walk he found a wheelchair and sat it next to my parking spot to help me get to and from my vehicle during my recovery I will forever be grateful for his kindness.

In Building 4, Eugene is capable, dependable and was extremely experienced in handling any issue that arose during our tenancy. He promptly and carefully repaired any problems.
The time that our gas stove handles were misaligned, leading us to believe the gas was off, but in reality remained on all night, was a serious problem that he handled safely. We were grateful for his professionalism and his genuine concern.

Excellent property management, especially building 4! Great amenities, friendly office staff, etc. Property is well managed & maintained regularly by contracted companies. I've been here for one year and would not consider relocating.
