Went in to return a pair of shoes I purchased on line which arrived defective. Cashier seemed to have an attitude soon as I walked up to the register. This was my first time coming to this location and it will be last. I’ve also told my friends and family to never do business with this company again.

In my opinion the Manager of this location need to be retrained on ethics, morals and values. Her customer service is below average. My daughter is a former employee who quit because the manager is not qualified to be in her position. I could say more but clearly would be hearsay. In my opinion, Corporate needs to do an internal investigation and see what's really manifesting at this location. Start from the top and work your way down.

Took my daughter in to just browse, and Aaron welcomed us. End up purchasing some shoes, and he was very helpful, friendly and polite. My daughter said he would be fun to work with. Thanks Aaron from mama!
