I was so appreciative for the customer service I received. The worker named Shauneil deserves a raise for her kindness, patience, great customer service and perseverance through three long hours of helping me print my design that refused to cooperate. I love the service I received at the FedEx Print Center in Beachwood. I one hundred percent recommend using them for any of your printing needs!! Thank you again Shauneil! 😁

Being open before 9 am was a life saver for me. I easily printed copies from my flash drive and was able to get my car plates and tags. The desk associate was polite and helpful. Thank you so much 😊

Employees don't know any more than customers how to use self-service machines. I realized what had acted up after I was long gone from store. Noone at store had any idea. Also in the full service dept., employees don't seem to realize if copies are made off a master copy rather than an original, those are copies of copies-quality could suffer.

Really nice employees but I tried coming here while our usual printer was out of office for the holidays and it’s important to note that this facility can’t print from a standard 8.5x11 PDF with crop marks, it’s set up for home and DIY projects and not professional printing. Ended up buying some decent paper and just using the office printer.

Recently returned to do some print out, copies and lamination. Everyone was pleasant Bryce assisted me in a few different things that were needed he was very polite attentive and overall great customer service.

Initially I was frustrated because Bryce didn’t understand how I wanted the document stapled. When he tried the first time, it came out incorrect. However, my frustration soon was pushed aside in part by his attitude. Even though I was frustrated that he didn’t or couldn’t print it correctly, he was calm, polite, and tried to understand exactly what I wanted. He asked another associate, Kawanna, for assistance. In the end, he knew how to do it after she explained and my mom’s obituary was perfect. I applaud Bryce for his customer service skills. In fact, the entire team and store manager all were helpful to their customers. Kudos to management and the team for being patient, courteous, and professional.

I needed a single 18”x24” poster printed on matte paper. After three tries they were still unable to give me a print that was cut to the correct size with straight edges and squared corners. They handled the paper without care which resulted in creases before I ever touched it. Eventually I gave up. I will just work with the least creased print and go somewhere else next time.

The worst service ever. These people can't multi task to just SCAN a label that I PRINTED!!! And rude beyond. Fill in the blanks. Slow, incompetent, probably not all but the two I had to deal with today were the worst waste of my time. Walked out WITH my package.

Don't waste your time coming here. They are understaffed and the staff they have is rude! I was trying to print something and the person behind the counter had an attitude when I asked for help. She told me she'd give me a refund but it would be awhile. I didn't need a refund just help figuring something out with the self service printer. Then she started complaining because she said, "there are only two of us working". I just left and then she sarcastically said, have a nice day. Horrible service! STAY AWAY. I should have read the reviews first.
