WONDERFUL experience! The reviews don't lie. Wendy was incredible with my nano combination brow job - she gave so much information, made sure I got what I wanted, eased my nerves and was so skilled at figuring out what worked best for my face. Took so much care to make my job look fantastic!!
Having someone you can trust to take care of you is everything, and she delivered. The girls are all nice. Such a pleasant, comfy experience and cute office. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

The place was clean. The provider/brow girl was professional but I sent photos in advance to the owner and wasted my time going on because the brow girl that was there said my brows could not be microbladed. I am glad that I didn't due to how much scarring it causes. I actually made an appointment for powder brows elsewhere. Then the owner called me back and said they offered that service. I told her it was such as shame that the brow girl didn't refer me to someone else in the same office just to keep the money in house.
It was nice of the the owner to call me back to to find out what happened and get some feedback.

Wendy was amazing!!! She made me feel really comfortable about getting PMU. I chose the Nano brows with shading. She educated me on the entire process including after care instructions. I made my follow up appointment prior to leaving so that she can check on the healing process and ensure that I am totally satisfied with my results.

I had several lash appointments at this location and they consistently did a good job. Really positive energy and all the ladies are really nice & processional. I always appreciated the occasional calls I'd get from the receptionist checking in post appointment or calling to remind me of an upcoming appointment. One minor issue I had with this location was scheduling consistency across the different lash techs on the roster. They all did a good job, but there was one lash tech I booked with for a few fills who would consistently work 30-45 minutes *over* our scheduled appointment without ever communicating what was happening (i.e. I had a 60 min fill that was 90 min; a 90 min fill well over 2 hours - I didn't realize how much time had passed until she was finished and she never explained why it took so long). I got the sense she just worked at a slow pace, but it made it challenging to get to the next thing on my calendar in time so I had to switch to a different tech. When I switched to another tech at the same location, I booked a 90 minute fill but she finished in 45 minutes, but she still insisted on charging me for a 90 min fill. For all my future appointments, I always booked for 60 min for this reason. Nonetheless, I'd still recommend this location and trying out a few of the techs to find the right fit.

Very unprofessional and I had to call them back everyday to see about an appointment they told me they would call me back and never did. They do not communicate with each other to know what has been said to the customer after a week of getting different answers I just told them to forget it.
