Don't. They love charging overdraft fees, even if you never went into the negative, and don't have overdraft protection that isn't a checking account. Go to Chase or another bank that actually had protections for you that you don't have pay extra for. Their OD fee is $36 dollars for doing absolutely nothing.EDIT: I can't reply to the message from Dollar Bank, but I reached out to a rep before posting this. They didn't waive the fee and it still doesn't take care of the underlying issue even if they did.

Originally went to a different location that was closer on my way. I became so frustrated that I left and came to this one as it was the next closest. Honestly I'm so glad that I did, and I would rather drive further out to get a smoother and better service. The associate in the drive thru was very attentive and helpful so it made the experience even better. Highly recommend this location as it's worth the drive if you're around the general area.

Always have had a pleasant experience with this location, outstanding customer services, this is the only one that I do my business with it sure a pleasure to see smiling faces when doing business.

They like to refer you to the 800 number, but the 800 number has you at 46 callers ahead of you and disconnects the line frequently. The 800 number has been an issue for over a year.

Staff at this branch completely messed up on the automatic withdrawal for my new mortgage loan. If I get a late payment notification, they will be feeling the wrath of my displeasure. What do you get paid for? Even the manager on duty reviewed the paperwork. Typical..get your business but lack of customer service.
