Dillards in Beachwood, OH…1 ⭐️ only. I was called for an interview for an LP position scheduled for 1 o’clock today .. then at 1:10, HR appears only to shake my hand(passification), and then say that she has a meeting to attend and will be only 10 minutes. I was very patient, but it became ridiculous by 1:35pm, so I left. Was our appointment not for 1:00pm? Wasted my time! you’re going to further cost Dillards a lot of overhead in constantly hiring LP’s. You did strike GOLD though when you found my resume. Good Luck

Went to this stylishly sweet store at Beachwood Place Mall. Saw that everything was labeled perfectly with regards to shoe sizes from small, to medium, to large, as well as casual shirts, ties, and coats, and every dapper piece of clothing available. One of the shoe ladies in the shoe department of the store was very loyal and loving in helping me with the shoe size for my black loafers. First, my feet was measured to determine my shoe size. And then, I tried on the shoes and guess what happened. The shoes did not hurt at all. By no means did it hurt. Staff and service is very nice when it comes to black loafers. That's a lot coming from a very nice business taking its service very seriously and that cares very much about its customers.

Sandra in the shoe dept worked hard, was professional, efficient and kind and found me just the shoe I was looking for! When I walked in I was overwhelmed with choices and she guided me to find a shoe that met my criteria. She was excellent!

I went to the mall yesterday looking for a dress. I visited the other two mall department stores first, and after strolling through each of the stores, about 30 minutes in each store, not a single person asked me if I needed help. I finally headed to Dillards and...wow! Someone in each department greeted me with a smile. Delores in the dress department sold me a lovely dress and we chatted while I was checking out. She's been with Dillards 14 years. There are others in the store, I learned, who have been there for 30+ years! To me that says so much about the company culture, and the store management. I was so pumped as I was leaving the store that I stopped to chat with someone in the fragrance department. (Lana). and rave to her about my experience. She called the department manager, and I shared my experience with her, too. From now on, I'll START with Dillards, and only visit the other two if I have to. Keep up the great work, Dillards!

Went to dis store for the first time, I wanted to purchase a bracelet but no one was at the station to assist me, as a matter of fact, a few of the women sales clerk were talking by the perfume dept. And one passing out a sample card of a fragrance. Still no one was near where I wanted to make my purchase. I was using a wheelchair and became frustrated when there was no one to service me. I won’t dare come back there again!!

The service is good, but the store manager Bill is cold and only care about numbers. The way he speaks to his employees is condescending.

While fragrance shopping in the mens cologne section. All but one of the sales women were extremely bullying. We explained to the women mulitple times that we were just looking and wanted to smell some fragrances but they kept harassing us to the point where we just wanted to leave. One lady even came up to us in a condensending way and asked us: "Is this what you guys do on Saturday nights" and kept persisting us to buy something from them. I hope something changes because this really ruins the shopping experience.
