We had a great experience and even though our salesperson Andrew could help finish the deal on an XT6, he was amazing and honest. He worked with manager Mike to get us the best deal and get out of our current lease. Even though it didn’t happen we will return in a few months to get it done. Great dealership and truly honest.

I purchased a car November last year. The sales person gave me all the excuses possible. and, here almost a year after I still don’t have my spare key that was advertised with the vehicle. I called multiple times and never got a call back or an answer. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. The manager and the sales man were both aware of the issue and never got an answer.

Oh Crestmont, I went for an oil change once and I loved you guys. I came back due to my back windshield wiper not working, and I had to deal with non-sense.
First I was told the wiper arm was defective and needed to be replaced for almost $100+. Then when you guys replaced that, you told me the motor went in my rear windshield wiper. You quoted me almost $500+ for this repair because you guys are either crooks, incompetent, or both.
When I asked if they were sure it wasn't just a fuse, I was told no, it was 100% the wiper blade assembly. I told you to replace it and magically it became both the wiper assembly and the motor for the wiper blade.
I'm glad I left and didn't come back (Nor will I EVER be back.) I took my vehicle to my local mechanic and low and behold, he replaced the fuse for me for $15 and replaced the wiper for $13.78. There was nothing wrong with the motor at all.
You have lost ALL trust and I will NEVER ever step foot in your service department ever again.

Purchased a vehicle 2 days after sale contacted dealership and advised issues with brakes and vehicle charging was given the run around , promised a loaner and rep called me back and advised me that the loaner had been given to a higher up ,take the car in for service anyways only to be told that there’s no issue with the grinding brakes only then to be told if I had an issue with the brakes they could provide me with a quote for the cost haven’t had vehicle 30 days ….. once they get that sale they won’t even stand behind their product

Great experience working with Mike, who shared us all the features of the vehicle we were interested in. We never felt pressured into making an immediate decision -- they really wanted to make sure we had all the information. Although it didn't work out this time, I'd be happy to consider this dealership again in the future. Do yourself a favor and check out the Lyriq, it's a spectacular vehicle!

From the service to actually receiving my car back in a timely manner was great! Not only did the service department repair the damage from my insurance claim, but John was patient with my questions and kept his word with continously checking in to keep me updated with progress. They cleaned my car inside out after repairs which made the experience that much better! I am truly thankful to be sent here, the service here did not disappoint!! Thank you John & team!!

1. My experience began online with Matt and we finalized everything the next day online seamlessly.
2. Matt went out of town and left the paperwork in the hands of his coworker Anthony, who immediately reached out and kept in touch throughout the process with me.
3. The day was trash which threw me behind. He was patient, considerate, and totally had me in and out in less than an hour. I've spent a day in a dealership before. Not today! Anthony wanted to go home and so did I.
4. The finance lady was quick too. Thorough, but quick and funny. Again, in and out.
5. Long story short, Anthony knew the assignment and he came through! We left with a great used vehicle and we are very happy.
6. Now I just need Anthony to send me that picture he took! New assignment ....
