We had such a great experience shopping at Chico's of Legacy Village. Joanne and Sherri were great. Joanne was enthusiastic and energetic about helping us find just the right outfit. Sherri was right there too! Giving her opinion and helping with the finishing touches. I venture to say if more in-store shopping experiences were like this - there would be less on-line shopping.

Personable service. I was headed to a medical conference out of state. The need for a new mini wardrobe was abundant. As I was completely not looking forward to this mandatory shopping spree. Weight gain is what brought me hesitancy. Being a whole new size and dressing for success felt like an impossible task. Most certainly did not sound like a bit fun.The lovely woman that helped me, made things easy and maybe a tad bit fun. I think her name was Tammy. I pretty much closed down the shop, I was there so long. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, and I will definitely be back.

I'm good at giving any given Chico's. Trust me. This is a pretty cool store. It has a bunch of nice dresses and even though it's a little overpriced, my girl's been quite a while in here (I wrote this while standing around inside). One of the better places to find nice things to wear in the mall. We're here as part of our four hour walking tour of this Mall, which is 4 hours - I will never get back but she's worth it Chico's should be in Chico-tawaga, NY, but it's not, it's over in NE Ohio.

As a healthcare consultant, I shop at Chico's all over the country. I brought my Mother here to shop and Ann was a fantastic sales associate! She assisted me and my Mom, who is no longer easily mobile. Ann showed patience, assisted us in finding the clothes and sizes, and we were able to buy the dress tops that my Mom needed and liked. This store now has a couple of new customers because of Ann!

I love Chico's clothes. If I go there I spend too much money. They are very pricey. Service is usually good.
