The supervisor is rude and likes to argue with customers. Would not recommend unless you want to deal with a supervisor with a bad attitude and doesn't like to help customers. Will be contacting corporate

This is the best Chase location. They are all friendly, but I had the opportunity to meet with Demetrios Stavrou who was seriously the nicest guy, he showed me how to set my financial goals to track them in the app, he pointed out ways to optimize my accounts and he was just a genuinely nice human being. I want him to handle all my financial thing, I'd love for him to be my financial advisor in the future. Go find this guy and let him set you up, he's great!

Dear Chase,
Just shut this location down and let go most of your staff. Most of the people not all, in the cubical/ back office are wasting your time and money paying them .
No one works as a team to help people , just pretending they are. I tried to give this location a second chance but that’s it. Too much drama in there.

Beyond rude, third chase bank today i talked to that had no banker. I called ahead with the number listed on google and they said they don’t know who I talked to and that is an old number. Poor customer service and communication skills

The lady with the blonde hair was not helpful at all. She tried to confirm a lot of my personal information by saying it out loud. I feel like she could have at least said it in a low tone, or just simply wrote it down on a piece of paper. I felt very uncomfortable with this because she basically exposed my personal information to the other customers in the bank. For example she asked for my id then yelled my address out loud (as if she couldn't just confirm it with my id laying on the table in front of her). Also another bank teller had to remind her to write down my bank account number instead of yelling it across the room. Very unprofessional! Will not be returning ever...

I’ve been banking with Chase Bank for 20 years now and will remain a loyal customer! Beachwood branch is my favorite! Jamie is awesome and all the professionals there have excellent customer service!

The staff at the Chagrin Branch are super nice, I met Demetrius who is warm , kind, patient and really explain everything, how to benefit from ur bank, I recently open an account with Chase and I hope to have a lasting relationship with them!

Tellers are way over paid. They are rude and don't even ask if you have an account. Try to charge me $10 to cash a $74 check.

I called to setup an appointment a few times and left VM's. At one point I even got through to someone but they sounded annoyed that I was trying to schedule an appointment (to setup a new account!) They didn't even call me back. I called the Chase branch on Cedar Rd and had an appointment scheduled in under 2 mins. They were way more helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them...
