The service I received on my vehicle and the customer service was great but the 3% up charge for using a credit card as payment is a slap in the face for to your customers. This policy should be abolished

Do not wast your time going here! Terrible service in the show room. I had been conversing with Daniel all day and decided to come in to look at a few vehicles which I never even had the chance to do. I arrived in the completely empty showroom not a single customer in sight and was made to feel like I was being a bother. Even after speaking with Daniel all day he had no idea of what I was looking for even though I had already let him know. I was not even in the show room 20mins and he was asking me to put down a deposit on a car that I’ve never seen or test drove. He didn’t even offer to show me any cars on the lot that would be similar to what he was trying to sale me. In and out of there in 30mins and I’m upset I wasted my time and gas. Skip over Crestmont and go to Spitzer where I had the most amazing experience and left in a brand new car.

I have spent the last year or so with the thought of getting into a new truck and one day scrolling through car guru I saw the perfect 2024 Denali ultimate Duramax. Mind you I live out in Montana so with some thought I knew this is the truck so I reached out and got in touch with Bryan in sales. He answered all my questions professionally and was very inviting. They were very patient and helpful through the process as I was on the other side of the country. They held my truck for 3 weeks until I was able to fly out and pick it up. Bryan was so great to offer to pick us up at 5am from the airport. When we got to the dealership the truck was staged inside and presented perfectly. Truly made us feel special.
The whole process was very easy and straightforward. Great buying experience

The communication with this company is horrendous. I had to call a multitude of times and never reached anyone.
When they did reach back to me, it was like playing cat and mouse. When I finally went to pick my car up I spoke to the manager and he was dismissive and blamed it on their phone system.
Upon checking out on a $1,140 bill, the manager assured me that I could get his card and speak to him directly if I faced any further issues with the repairs. Ironically he went to get his “card”. He never came back and I waited in the lobby for an additional 10- 15 minutes. After which, I just decided to cut my losses and take my car home. I will work on my car myself, before I bring it back to this establishment.
In conclusion,
Sara, service rep, is horrible. Dan, Service Manager, is also terrible. The best employee there is their front desk receptionist, Faye. Kudos to Faye!!
