Made a trip to Brigade today (Sept 3rd 2023) and everytime I make a trip up to the Beachwood Mall. I make a special trip every few months from the Pittsburgh area.The guys who work at Brigade are always really helpful and give top notch customer service as well.The selection of clothes are always super fresh and cutting edge, and are priced nice.I've shopped here the past few years and will continue to come back.5 stars all day long!

I would not recommend shopping with them anymore. I shopped with them for about 10 years ever since my sons were younger and I spent thousands. Today was the first day I had to request to exchange a pair of jeans that my son bought off my credit card and he got the wrong size. I have pictures and the jeans are clearly unworn and I was not allowed to exchange them for the correct size but was told I should buy another pair. Wow

So glad to have them around! An oasis of cool in a style desert. The guys are very gracious and knowledgeable with the best selection of G Star until Chicago. A very well curated and edited selection that makes Saks and Macy's G Star depts look old and tired. I'm grateful they're here.
