This location is trash. Don't come here during COVID. The experience is terrible. Mall entrance is closed. Half of the other doors are closed. Had to get in my car and re-park 3 times. When you get inside, the boutiques have strict guidelines. You have to have an appointment. I had a simple return at Gucci. I had to go out of my way to get here. I don't live in Cleveland. If this was the protocol, why didn't customer service tell me this when I talked to them?! I am so irritated that not only do I feel like returning all the other Gucci stuff I got, I am probably going to avoid shopping at Saks at all costs. The representative was rude too. It's times like this where I don't feel sorry for retail workers.

GREAT HELP provided by Sharon Rosenthal, a veteran Saks Sales Rep at the Beachwood location. She provides exceptional customer service. I'm very pleased with her help! Sharon helped solve multiple wardrobe-gaps in a highly efficient way. I don't enjoy shopping so having Sharon's help was greatly appreciated!

If anyone is ever looking for an individual that is KNOWLEDGEABLE about fragrances and exemplifies CUSTOMER SERVICE and CARE for the individuals he is working with I urge you to speak to Neil in the fragrance section. My backstory: In January of 2019, I randomly roamed into Beachwood Mall and was making my way to my favorite store (Zara). After passing the cologne, I came across one brand of cologne I am fond of (Creed) and Neil approached me. After talking about the various scents I prefer, he introduced me 'Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris' collection. I have been hooked ever since! Here's the thing - I never brought anything from Neil until months later. However during my passing through Saks, Neil continued to educate, be kind, and treated me as if I was a client of his. The consistency of attitude created a loyal client of his. If you are in Saks ask for Neil! You will NOT be disappointed!

I have always had a good experience shopping at Saks, some things are a bit pricey, but the quality of the merchandise is excellent.

Pulled up to Saks valet and the guy just looked at me and said do you need something. There were cops at every entrance of the store. There were people dealing drugs in the parking lot!??What the hell happened to this place. I was truly afraid for my life. I got the hell out of there, online is a lot safer!

We were double changed for a purchase here and had to spend the next 4 weeks chasing them for a refund, with no resolution (had to go to my bank to issue a charge-back.) It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this store.

I am truly disappointed with the inconsistent greeting and customer service exhibited. I feel depending on what brand I have on, I am greeted. If I have on yoga pants from working out it as if I don't exist. I watch greetings being based on appearance. That's not customer service at all. Also their shoe selection and store caters to an older demographic. It will continue to lose or not touch Millennial customers due to online shopping or competitors, due to lack of selection of clothing and shoes.

I'm here to buy a Louis Vuitton purse, ease up people. I don't have to wear a shirt and tie to be able to afford Saks. Once you get to the Louis Vuitton store, way less stuffy people!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Walked around this store desperate to find an outfit for a fancy dinner date this weekend. Two employees walked around me the entire time not once even acknowledging me despite me saying hello to one of them. I will cancel my Saks credit card. I went to Nordstrom after and was asked twice in 10 minutes by two different employees if I needed help at all. That's probably why Nordstrom was busy and Saks was dead. I'll never go back!
