“I took my car in Monday for an oil change and asked them to check out the front right tire because it was very very slowly leaking over time. It took Ken a while to find it but he found a very tiny leak between the tire and rim. I scheduled Wednesday for a tire repair and Ken was again available to repair the leak. The process was smooth and seamless and he was very friendly during both appointments we had. We will definitely continue to bring our car for repairs/maintenance to NTB.”
