I cant say enough great things about Barry and Rocky. They were so extremely helpful helping me decide to have a ring fixed or get a brand new set. They went above and beyond to make sure my expirence was nothing but amazing!! They kept me informed the entire expirence about when my ring would arrive! They just gained a life long Customer!! The service I received today from the store manager, Barry Greathouse and the office manager, Erin Bonanno was superb. Both were very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. They provided a complimentary service for a watch that I had previously purchased. I had previously purchased another watch for my son at their store. He was thrilled with the quality, craftsmanship and service that the same store provided. I highly recommend Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers and Barry and Erin.
