Came out to Beachwood just to come to this store and the lights were on but the store was closed. No signs indicating that they were closed. Called to other local stores and they were open but no idea why Beachwood was closed.

I use to love this store so much and especially the crocker park location! however this one has very bland styles, all similar types of tops in plain similar colors. Whereas online, there is so much variety! The crocker park location has a lot more versatility to it, just wish this one was better !

I normally love this place but the workers pick and choose who they are nice too :( I went in knowing I love it here and they made me feel so uncomfortable. Followed me around and gave nasty looks all through my check out. Taylor? Was the one who checked me out terrible attitude. Makes me not want to come back again. :(

Beautiful, quality clothes. Staff is very nice and friendly, store is clean and organized. A little pricey, but quality and materials are definitely worth it!

Extremely nice decor, smells wonderful and the customer care was outstanding. I felted very comfortable looking at things and touching the items. No pressure just friendly. Planning my next visit before the month is out!

Store was well lit, and all the clothing was folded. Manicures were displayed with whole outfits making it easy to piece together ideas. Staff was attentive upon entering and mingling around for help. Dressing room had its own attendant willing to help size up or down if things didn't fit. Checkout was painless and their gift wrapping was great. No complaints.
