This store definitely has it all. From street ware, to date night to the club. It appeals to teenage to mid twenty some things. The music Keeps me shopping and singing and shaking my booty. They've got so many shoes and accessories.Great to match with my outfits. .
store staff will approach asking if you need help. They will assist you and the fitting rooms if you ask. You can even request a personal shopper to help you. I highly recommend stopping in.

Shout out to Jared . Amazing sales rep so helpful & welcoming personality.. . What I like about Jared is he is very attentive while .. still giving you your space. I love that about my shopping experience here.
The checkout person great personality I forgot his name I think that was the manager .
I can't wait for you guys to open up a store in New York I normally shop online but being in Ohio and being able to stop into the store perfect. Highly recommend this store just be prepared to spend some money if you ain't got it stay in the house lol . Nah they also have A certain area with reasonable prices .

The employees here are great and so helpful!! Especially Autumn, I told her what I was shopping for and she had a dressing room ready and filled with outfit options. They were super busy and still able to attend to all costumers. It was my first time shopping here and I will definitely be back!!

My first visit was awesome but when I went back to return some boots I waited over 20mins and when the manager finally came to help ring he was very rude and nasty about the store only doing exchanges which I stated that’s not want I seen on the website but that’s fine. He continued to talk about it so when I advised him to just let it go He got panties in a knot and said he was not doing it and called security on me.I will no more shop there or online he just mad the whole company look bad. If that the type of folks you have managing your business. I just give everything to a customer so she can use the credit.

I had an excellent experience today while visiting the Akira in the Beachwood Mall in Ohio. I was greeted nicely by the staff as soon as I entered the store. Tondi, one of the staff-managers of the store, was very helpful in putting outfits together for me, and I loved what she did! She had organized all the outfits she chose for me and had them waiting in the dressing room! I was totally impressed! She was kind, very professional and friendly. Even the sweet young lady that folded my clothes and bagged them was so kind and friendly.This was my first time visiting this store and definitely will not be the last time! I will be a frequent customer.

Very nice clothes. The staff were all very sweet & helpful. Shoes were cute too! My friend had an item ring up twice and didn’t notice until we left, but the error was corrected quickly.

Walked inside the store thinking that I would be greeted by associates. Instead, I got associates looking at me without even acknowledging me and nobody offered to help me with anything but standing around looking stuck on stupid but it’s okay because my money can be spent anywhere period.

Well the you g female that was on register was ,I call it ignorant,but I ask for manager who was very polite ,she handled the situation well Very nice store All the young ladies where nice and professional,always one bad seed.

The managers there rude and treat the employees bad they gang up in make u uncomfortable I asked for corporate number to report and manager Nikki denied me the number telling me she not worried. They would not give me number and the other manager Lexi asked me to leave they told me I had to get it through customer service they're really rude and disrespectful
