Seemed very nice, food smelled good, Was told it was c+ food Q. Very large facility. Although running a little light on actual certified registered nurses from what I was told from a patient.

They're a bit short staffed, so I cannot give them five stars. The care is not completely lacking, but it does need improvement (MORE STAFF).

As residents in Shaker, We wish to honor Ashley Coleman as an outstanding aide that hasgone beyond her assignments to care for us.
The commandment of honoring mother and father is taken to heart by staff, volunteers, board members and donors alike. Menorah Park is a community; an extended family that takes care of each other. Our goal is to enable all who turn to Menorah Park for their needs to live life to the fullest. This is defined very differently for each person and it means listening and responding based on what we learn, and providing personalized care. We have taken pride and enjoyment in the provision of both short-term rehabilitative services as well as long-term care services for adults as they age.
