We love our engagement ring :) The Montana sapphire really catches your eye. We had a fun time meeting with Lenny to create our bespoke ring. I wish I was more in to bling or I’d have them make more!

Tried to obtain the value on some loose gems for a family member but all Lenny wanted to do was charge $35 per gem for the appraisal. No desire to bring in or create a new customer. They will never get my business.

Lenny designed and made my wedding ring 20+ years ago and I still get compliments on it today! He also made my husband's band, and a few other pieces over the years including a necklace that was redesigned from a dear aunt who had passed on. Can't say enough nice things about Lenny, Krista and the entire staff at Vivid.

Lenny and his staff are awesome and pay attention to details. He has custom built several pieces for me, my wife, and several friends. You get what you pay for here, and then some. They are not overpriced. Lenny has a passion for what he does. Don't go to a chain, go here!

Almost 30 years ago, Lenny made my wife's custom engagement ring. While visiting family in Cleveland we mad an appointment and had it resized. It has not needed any service since we bought it and aside from making it a little bigger all they had to do was clean it. Lenny still has that same enthusiasm as he did all those years ago and his cousin Steve was great too. I have done one other custom piece with them and they are working on a new project for us now. I have also referred family to them for their custom pieces as well. I cannot express how nice it is to be able to trust your jeweler to take car of you. if you're looking for something special I highly recommend making an appointment.

Had my a broken prong fixed on my engagement ring few years ago and after a new setting it broke just a few years later. I will never go back to that business again. What goes on in there??? I have Never seen a soul in that place!! Spooky

Leo & Liz did the impossible for me - a week before my engagement, I found out that the ring was sized incorrectly (See what happens when you don't shop at Vivid?) They somehow were able to get me in during the worst part of the pandemic and get the ring properly resized with time to spare. Thank you guys so much!
