Huntington Financial sold me a Global Atlantic Product, when me data was breached , neither Huntington or Global Atlantic did a thing to remedy this situation. Customer Service was non existent for me. They took months of stalling and keep passing me off from one department to another, never addressing my concerns or offering to hold Global Atlantic accountable for their actions. Extremely disappointed in Huntington and Huntington Financial Services, would not recommend Huntington Bank or Financial Services to anyone. STAY AWAY, they are clueless. They are unwilling to help their customers.

Go here all the time and the staff is friendly, remembers regular customer names, and efficient. They are also good at suggesting better interest rates without being pushy.

Great customer service at the drive thru teller. I would give this five stars but exiting the parking lot can be a challenge during busy traffic times. Free candy is a nice touch too and should become a standard at all Huntington bank locations.

I recently had to do some banking work at this location and I found they were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I have to admit it had been some time before I stepped into a bank but I thought the tellers and bank staff were very friendly and accommodating to what I needed.

I am very disappointed with the service that I received at this branch, the investment rep at this branch was very lazy and never called me back as he would promised. Also made up a lie and told me that no one at Huntington could help me cause I lived out of state. Thank goodness for the investment representative at the corporate office. She was helpful and met all my needs immediately. There definitely has to be better training at the branch level cause a bank like Huntington that has such great customer service should have "bad apples" on their team.

Open till 7 and open on Sundays?! Your the best Huntington. Staff is always very friendly here. They always have Pepperidge Farm cookies on the counter on Fridays. Huge bonus!
