The CVS pharmacy in Bay Village is generally well-regarded for its friendly, helpful, and competent staff. Customers appreciate that the pharmacy works closely with doctors to manage medication dosage changes and ensures there are no gaps in treatment. One of the main reasons for preferring CVS over nearby Walgreens is that CVS does not sell cigarettes, which aligns with the values of some customers who prefer a health-focused environment. Compared to Walgreens, CVS is seen as more flexible with refill dates, allowing early refills that can be crucial for avoiding trips to the emergency room. While in-person service at CVS can sometimes feel rushed due to busy staff, the drive-thru service is highly praised for its excellent treatment, with many customers feeling they are treated like royalty when using it. The exterior of the building might not be as polished as other local standards, but the pharmacy manages prescriptions efficiently and with professionalism. Overall, customers recommend CVS in Bay Village for its better prescription management, especially highlighting the drive-thru service, which stands out as a major advantage. Despite minor issues, the pharmacy is considered a reliable and customer-friendly option compared to competitors like Walgreens and Drug Mart.
Pharmacy staff is kind, quick, and competent. I have had a lot of dosage changes lately and they have worked with my doctor to ensure I received my medication with no gaps!

Although I’ve experienced similar issues as others with poor reviews, they have been relativity minor. In general, the professionalism and courtesy (at the pharmacy especially) have been 5 star. The exterior of the building could use a little attention though… not up to Bay standards.
