I stopped in here on a whim to look for high quality sandals that both I and my feet would love. This store definitely did not disappoint. The selection was great. The sandals were beyond comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This is my new go to store for shoes!! I could have spent so much more than I did and still want more!! Cannot recommend this store enough. Stop in - you will not be disappointed!!

What a wonderful experience shoe shopping for our granddaughters. Jeff was amazingly patient, and so knowledgeable about the fit and design of all shoes: sandals, dress and play! The girls were so excited about picking out their new shoes and trying them out on the hopscotch mat. Mom and Grandma also purchased two pair each. Love supporting this fantastic local business.

The service I received, not to mention the actual products, are top-notch! Jeff was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find a shoe that is functional and pretty and would help support my terrible back.
Y’all, we have to start supporting our own local people instead of letting corporations take over. This store is a gem, and I don’t want to see it gone! You won’t find this kind of service at a big box store.

Jeff was amazingly knowledgeable and patient while helping me select the perfect shoes. This was not an easy task, as we were dealing with drop foot, an AFO (foot and ankle brace), new custom orthotics and a swollen foot.
Jeff and his staff are the people to go to when you need assistance with any shoe fittings, but especially involving specific needs. The store not only provides quality options in shoes and boots, but a variety of special socks for foot health as well.

Arthur's Shoe Tree is a real gem in the shoe retail space! They have a terrific selection of fashion, function and athletic shoes but the service is what blew me away. The salespeople are super knowledgeable (I got the impression many had been long-time employees) about the products and utilize that expertise to ensure you get the best match for your desired purchase. I got my foot measured - WOW, where does that happen these days. It was not only above and beyond customer service but helped determine that I had been purchasing the WRONG size for quite some time. I purchased a pair of running shoes (though truth be told I'm not going to run in them) and the saleswomean - Julie- who waited on me must have brought out 8 pairs of shoes based on a few questions she asked me. I received her full attention throughout the time, no juggling of multiple customers. I love my shoes, the experience was fantastic and I will return.

Jeff and Julie are great to work with! Jeff has been fitting my sons feet for many years now. Its always my first stop to buy him shoes and then I end up buying some for myself. Julie is smart enough to remember my husbands size so I have bought shoes for him too. #1 shoe place for us! :)

Gem of a small business.
Plethora of quality inventory and the shining star is the staff! They spend time to find the right shoe and best fit, and are quite knowledgeable about all their product!
This place is worth a drive to, even if not local to the area. Reminds me of when I was a kid and we would shoe shop at similar small businesses!
Why buy at a big box, when you have Arthur’s!!
