Greeting was friendly but everything was terrible after that. No sort of self service machines, watched someone drop several packages, I went in to try and buy postage and labels for packages and received none of the answers to any of my questions, and eventually pried out of the woman working the counter that I have to go ONLINE first and get a QR code and then I can go in. What is the use of a post office if I can’t go in and mail things without having to go online first?

No one answers the phone! Sometimes you just need to speak to a human. Especially when NO choices on the phone tree match your question.

Our package arrived at 9 am at the post office, went down at 2 to pick it up and the lady behind the counter was unwilling to help. Said it wasn’t processed and we could not pick it up. Very unhelpful and lazy.

Local mailman leaves mail on ledges of cluster style mailboxes in the breezeway of my apartment, frequently. He has now further shown his incompetency by shoving a stiff, cardboard envelope with a picture inside, into my mailbox. I came to this location confident that the mishandling would be addressed appropriately- to which both men basically shrugged and told me it wasn't their problem. Nothing they could do.

Stopped in at 12:30pm to ship two packages. James offered a smile, greeting and was both efficient and pleasant. Not sure what the fuss is about this location.

Lost a package valued at $1500 haven’t reached back out to me. Package should have been here a week ago. Filed a missing package report 5 days ago and no one has reached back out. I wouldnt trust this establishment with shipping pencils. No one does their job and everyone is rude. And their building is crawling with thief’s.

Horrible post office. They are too lazy to scan outgoing items. Went and talked to a supervisor and he assured me it would get corrected as I handed him a bag of parcels. Guess what? Those weren't scanned either. Truly a terrible run office, possibly the worst in the district.

We've been waiting on a Certified letter with signature needed. Watched the Postal Carrier pull up to the mailbox, spend a few minutes writing out an orange slip saying they were unable to deliver the letter. It took the carrier longer to write up the orange slip than it would have to pull in the driveway and let us sign for the letter. Called the post office to complain. It took over 3 hrs to get someone to answer the phone. That person confirmed the Carrier should have come to the door to get a signature. He assured me he would call me right back and rectify the issue. No call back. Carrier stated on the Orange Sheet "no one was available for signature". Crickets....................... Submitted complaint to Post Master
