United Dairy Farmers operates over 175 locations including ice cream parlors, convenience stores, and gas stations, offering savings on gas and everyday purchases. It provides premium coffee, farm-fresh dairy products, and hand-dipped ice cream treats. Recent reviews, however, indicate significant inconsistencies across locations. Multiple customers report a decline in standards over the past two months, with some stores described as absolutely disgusting. Specific complaints include poorly maintained soda fountain machines, often out of Coke products, with incorrect carbonation levels and noticeable black mold growing inside the spigots due to inadequate cleaning. This lack of cleanliness and upkeep has been observed at several stores, with one formerly nice location now leaving customers flabbergasted. Reviewers note that standards seem non-existent practically and express frustration that workers do not take pride or initiative in cleaning, stocking, or basic tasks. In contrast, other visits highlight great customer service, with staff praised for being friendly and taking time to help resolve issues. Customers also report clean bathrooms and enjoy products like the pumpkin cappuccino, which is described as really good and affordable. The experience varies greatly by location.
Awesome milkshake; but the staff are not too friendly today.
