I was at Tractor Supply earlier today and had the best shopping experience ever....hands down. I bought several items and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wanted some grass seed and straw, but wasn't sure exactly what to get.The store associate assisted me in picking out what would work best. He even helped scan my items at the self checkout including putting a 50 pound bag in the back of my car along with all of my other items. Excellent customer service!

Ok- I know NOTHING about gardening, fencing (to protect from deer), chickens, etc. and looking online was giving me headaches and more confusion. So I stopped in at the Batavia location and spoke to FAITH who was over-the-top helpful, generous with her time and focused on true customer service. Great job! I would highly recommend this store and their friendly and knowledgeable service. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I called recently and asked if they had ORCHARD GRASS SEED and was told they did. I made a special trip here today and they don't have it. The manager tried to offer me a different kind of seed forage mix. I told this is clearly a bait-and-switch and they should not have lied to me. She then tried to say that the employee must not have heard me say "seed" because they DO have orchard grass hay. I told her she needs to train her people better because I have wasted my time and gas coming there and she accused me of being rude. She is the one who is rude. It is no wonder the employees are under-trained and poorly performing.
One would think in today's economy and with Tractor Supply's stock ranking they would try to hold onto the customers they still have. ?

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid… Today I came in to look around at the Christmas sales, get some dog toys and shop for heaters, 30-45 mins into my trip around the store I was approached by an attendant who prior had been walking through the isles next to me and my husband, passing by staring us down.. He asked me “what did you come Into the store for,” (which was odd an rudely put ) and after I told him he told me “looks like you already got what you need” I’ve been on the security side of a store and I wasn’t doing anything to indicate I was shoplifting. It makes your customers uncomfortable when they can’t browse without feeling like thieves. This same attendant approached my husband and asked him the same line of questions.. it wouldn’t have been an issue if he wasn’t as rude as he was when asking, and if we hadn’t had been watched the entire time we were there.Let’s just say we left shortly after this, and no I didn’t get everything I came for.

They won't awnser the phone been trying to call them for 2 days to see if they have a tire in stock. Before I drive there and deal with that construction mess.

Cannot reach store. All roads are shut down due to construction. Website claims they are open. Phone number rings, and then just says "no voicemail is setup". Update your website and put a message on your phone line. Wasted trip.
