Never again will I buy from Sporty’s. I bought 1 Day shipping ($30), for the Sentry ADSB. UPS tried to delivery it the next day, the problem is delivery failed and Sporty’s customer service refused to change the collection details so I could go in person to get the item from their depot. Their so-called customer service agent Diane, was super rude, condescending and since Sporty’s closed at 17:30 she ran the clock down on the text-chat so it cut off the conversation. They claim to send you a tracking number once your order ships but they DO NOT, so you have to contact them again to get that. 50 years on this planet and I’ve never seen a company cease ‘assisting’ customers once it’s home time. Spent thousands with Sporty’s since 2019. NEVER AGAIN! I dislike Jeff Bezos but I rather give him my money next time for all things aviation! Now let’s see how hard they make it to get a refund!

I’ve ordered from Sporty’s many times - IN THE PAST. Their shipping prices will scare you. For example, I received a text that pilot log books were on sale for a mere $10. The photo shows both the Senior pilot logbook and the thin one for student pilots. Take a look at the photos below where you will see my order blossom to more than $70. I then ordered a personalized 5-star rated logbook and one-day shipping with three engraving lines of 33 characters each line to follow one week later for grand total of $15.40 through Amazon. You’ll be much happier ordering what you need from Amazon Prime for a fifth of the price with the free shipping.

I bought an inflatable Otto (copilot Flying High/Airplane!), from Sporty’s, because well the whole thing is hilarious. From start to finish super it was super professional and easy (shout out to Adrienne). I live in Australia so it was airmailed. It was clear upfront who much/long etc. when I received Otto today, it was super well packed and packaged. You wouldn’t know he’d been from Batavia Ohio to Melbourne. Thanks Sporty’s!

If I could give zero stars I would, GPS was advertised as Americas, but did not come with Americas data base. I have bought many GPS with Americas data base. I know what I'm talking about. Customer service rep. was totally unqualified, did not even understand what Americas database was, they thought it was the United States, it took numerous emails over several days to get them to understand what I was taking about and they supposedly are a pilot, per their email signature. I kept telling them they had to make this right and they just kept telling me to contact Garmin, which makes no sense because they shipped me the wrong item. Finally they agreed something was wrong that they were responsible for, they told me to purchase the right database and they would reimburse me, so I did, I sent them the bill for 370.00 and they only refunded me 50.00 and then told me to take a hike, so I have been the victim of false advertising and then deceived into spending more. Most unqualified customer service rep and a dishonest company, never again.

Ordered at 11:30am (with Embroidery) and the package was on my door step the next afternoon. 2 day embroidery lead time and 2 day shipping was definitely a case of under-promise and over-deliver. Would recommend. Better than the giant Amazonian...

I have been buying stuff for my aviation addiction here for years. I have purchased all kinds of things here and have never been disappointed. Sure somethings can be pricey, but this is aviation what is cheap? Do they have inexpensive things yes, they have free hotdogs on Saturday. Will I come back or order online. Yes to both. Do I recommend them, yes again. You really can't get a better bang for your dollar than here at Sportys.

They charged me twice for the same order. When I called I asked why and the lady said there was a duplicate order for some reason and I would have to pay for the return shipping for a mitske they made!!!!! They lady that answers the phone is very rude by the way. "Its not my problem the computer makes mistakes"
OMG. Just started my aviation career. I wont be buying from here anymore. My pilot store is better.
