I have been buying stuff for my aviation addiction here for years. I have purchased all kinds of things here and have never been disappointed. Sure somethings can be pricey, but this is aviation what is cheap? Do they have inexpensive things yes, they have free hotdogs on Saturday. Will I come back or order online. Yes to both. Do I recommend them, yes again. You really can't get a better bang for your dollar than here at Sportys.

No option to cancel a sportys subscription. You have to email them to ask to stop charging you. Terrible system. Still getting charged after received an email confirming they canceled my subscription. It's like it was designed to scam you

They charged me twice for the same order. When I called I asked why and the lady said there was a duplicate order for some reason and I would have to pay for the return shipping for a mitske they made!!!!! They lady that answers the phone is very rude by the way. "Its not my problem the computer makes mistakes"OMG. Just started my aviation career. I wont be buying from here anymore. My pilot store is better.

I ordered a Christmas present on December 14 with a shipping date for December 21. Well, now we are almost in April and I still haven’t received it. I have received several emails giving me a new shipping date. It’s like every month it’s pushed back for another month or so. While they do send me these emails, this is just not right. I’m very unsatisfied and at this point I feel like just canceling.

Ordered a $79 battery back up and was charged $85 to ship it. Partly my fault but when I called to cancel order the next day when I got shipping email I asked “does anyone look at this and think maybe there is a mistake? And call customer to verify. ” She responded “that’s not our problem and it’s already on the truck”. Just getting into aviation, and will take my business elsewhere from now on

Went there for my part 107 UAV drone test for FAA. The staff was polite the facility was clean. Testing area was good. You are monitored by camera while you test. I prefer the camera over someone staring at me while I test. Passed the test and was out of there quickly. Would recommend ?

Hopefully mine was an unusual experience but it's enough that I will never recommend this business. I received a discount code for free shipping which I applied to my first order through the website. It was disregarded. It's only 5.95 business they sent me this offer I emailed them asking why. Then I waited a eek. And emailed again. This time I got a reply that started a back and forth conversation over several days stating at first that there was no offer, then that there was but I needed to prove it. I didn't keep the text. I never imagined I'd have to defend myself to qualify for the offer they sent. Finally an offer was made for a "good will refund" on a future order. I don't want your good will Sportys. I want you to honor your word. And there won't be any future orders. I'll "spend" my new flying career with a company that can keep their orders straight.

Ordered a headset, got the email it would be delivered by a certain date, a week after that passed I called and they said it was out of stock and would ship in 2 months. No communication (besides SPAM emails) at all about that. ###Use Amazon###

Not great customer service. I had the pilot plus subscription. They billed me twice and when asked about it, they said they only billed one and I can take it up with their processor and when asked for contact information they said they can help and hung up on me.

Shipped and arrived promptly, as advertised, and at an outstanding value. Almost half the price of the big guys. I also got free shipping by signing up for the newsletter.I mistakenly thought I needed customer support, so I emailed them. I got a human response within 24 hours. I had already figured out my issue, so I can't speak for helpfulness or returns, but they were quick in their response considering I emailed outside of business hours.

My item was lost. It was back ordered for several months and when it was shipped they used the wrong address. They will not provide a refund or resend the item. Choose other vendors to buy items. I called several times and they never changed my address. Hunter the point of contact claims that I never called. Nobody answers support messages and when you talk to somebody on the phone the issue does not get resolved.
