I have been buying stuff for my aviation addiction here for years. I have purchased all kinds of things here and have never been disappointed. Sure somethings can be pricey, but this is aviation what is cheap? Do they have inexpensive things yes, they have free hotdogs on Saturday. Will I come back or order online. Yes to both. Do I recommend them, yes again. You really can't get a better bang for your dollar than here at Sportys.

No option to cancel a sportys subscription. You have to email them to ask to stop charging you. Terrible system. Still getting charged after received an email confirming they canceled my subscription. It's like it was designed to scam you

They make it really hard to unsubscribe from their emails (which I asked to NOT be sent). I have clicked on the unsubscribe link, but am still getting many junk emails from them. Very annoying.

Extremely lucky to have this amazing one-stop shop for pilot gear within a 30 minute drive. Fly-in to I69 if it’s too far to drive. The entire Sporty’s facility, FBO and lounge is great.

I ordered nearly $300 of merchandise on July 28. The order was confirmed and I received an email on the 29 which said I would receive my order by 8-5-21. On 8-10-21 I have yet to receive my order. I just called and spoke with Sporty's customer service and they told me that my order has been sitting in a city 70 miles away and will be there until FEDEX has a full truck that will deliver to my area. Sporty's had no idea when it would be shipped from where it is sitting. They told me unless you choose overnight or 2 day shipping, it will go by ground and you will get it whenever it arrives. Beware of your shipping choices with Sporty's.

I ordered the Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant from Sporty's back in March. I was well aware it was back-ordered until July when I ordered it. When I placed my order, I was told it would ship on 7/1. I never received any communication with shipping info or delays. Their customer service chat doesn't work. I emailed and received no response. I called customer service and they told me it wouldn't ship until November. If they had kept me apprised of the delays or shipping info, I would have kept my order. Forget them. Order canceled and I will never use them again.

Update: Received a phone call from sales manager at Sporty's not only refunding all shipping charges but a sincere apology on their service. I have since ordered again from Sporty's and have had a great experience on each. Thank you Sporty's for making things right and putting the customer first.

By being more transparent on their business. I bought an item and when I requested to return the item for a complete refund as their website says, they came out to say that I had to pay for the return shipping. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on their website says that the customer is responsible for this, and neither their customer service said it. The website claims 100% satisfaction and refund but all of that is false advertisement.

Terrible service. I ordered and was suppose to receive Christmas gifts. They neglected to inform they were back ordered and not getting in on time, so I had no gifts for Christmas. When I called for an explanation they blamed their "out of house" and didn't even know the order was not fulfilled. They could have emailed and said it was delayed or they could not uphold their order but they didn't even bother contacting. This happened two times before I cancelled and will be ordering all flight gear from another company even thought this particular gift was pick out as"the one" they wanted for Christmas. What a disappointment.

Customer service is the worst. Thanks for nothing Sporty’s. We have ordered from Sporty’s well over 20 years and now they treat me like trash. My husband was a Navy pilot and has since moved on to flying lead plane for the Forest Service now we must find a new company to fulfill his needs.

Item received had previously been opened. All plastic coverings with tape were cut. Accessories were all put in one area instead of where originally sealed. Not sure if they were all there because of this. Called Customer service and they said they don't sell returns or used items but sometimes items are opened in case customer has questions about it. I asked to have either a new one sent or refund. They told me to send it back at my cost ($25 shipping UPS) with a note on what to do. So, I paid shipping here, shipping returned. Last order from Sporty's.

I have received the worst customer service from Sporty’s Preferred Living Division. Three days ago I asked for tracking information on my purchase on three occasions and have yet to have any response whatsoever. Good Customer Service is not part of their ethic. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
