“I have to use CVS for my pharmacy because of my insurance. For years I used the one at Anderson Towne Center and was horrified at the horrible service I received from them. They were rude. They would screw up my orders. They would lie to me. They would put me on hold for over half an hour and they took for absolutely forever to get me my prescriptions. I switched to this CVS location and it was night and day. The people here are friendly, efficient and prompt.”

“Friendly employees, fresh products when they are in stock. Seems like the sale items are sometimes out of stock even in the afternoon. Deli and meat department close too soon. Sometimes I have to go to Kroger around 7 or 8 o'clock PM and they are turning their lights off and taking out the products. There are no employees to help you if you want products or have a question especially in the meat department.”
“The staff here are always helpful and attentive. They have always filled our prescriptions more quickly than any other pharmacy we have used in the past. I especially appreciate that meds ordered from a hospital are so quickly done for us. They have even personally called to inform us of issues at times. We highly recommend this Walmart pharmacy.”

“When i went to the healthcare clinic today i was seen by Lisa Chapman and with her as my doctor today, i literally got the best and kindest person i could have asked for. She understood my issue immediately and helped me a GREAT DEAL when i told her i do not have insurance as i am not from the US. She did EVERYTHING to make sure it gets as cheap as possible for me and to make everything right. She did definitely not try to "sell" me any extra lab tests, additional medical costs or other. She did an amazing job, was very friendly and laid back. I am so thankful I met her and I would go to her ANY TIME again!! Can only recommend!!Also: appointment scheduling online was easy and quick, had no wait time at all and could pretty much walk right in after i signed in at the computer in at the front desk.”

“The staff here make picking up prescriptions for the family or animals easy and quick, even if there's a line in the drive thru it's always fast. They also tend to look out for you, had an instance where insurance didn't run right for a new medicine and they checked the cost with me beforehand which let me know there was an issue.
