Avoid this servixe provider at all costs. Their equipment malfunctions all the time and then they tell you its $60 to fix it and $200 if they need to come tow your car bc their faulty equipment locked the car up for no reason. We just bought a new $18,000 Kia and drove it from the dealership to this shop to have the interlock installed and when we picked the car up theres a big dent in the hood and a bunch of damage behind the bumper and of course Bill the owner denies it. Too bad for Bill we took photos of the car before leaving it at Ohio Interlock, his business's neighbor has a security camera facing the lot and we have an eyewitness that says he saw Bill back into a white Kia while they had our car.

Bill the owner is always high and completely rude, I show up 5 mins early and get attitude for being there at the wrong time for an over charged appointment. They charge $90 a month for something that takes them moments

Owner is on a power trip. Goes out of his way to be rude. If people weren't forced to come here, he would no longer be in business. If you have an option to go somewhere else, I strongly recommend it!
