Called to get information about bringing my bike in to have it worked on. The woman that answered the phone was polite. She said the guy I need to talk to was with another customer at the moment and would have to call me back. So I gave her my name and number and she said he would call me back shortly. Never received a call back so I don’t advise letting them work on your bike. If they can’t even keep their word to call you then they can’t be trusted so you should probably take your business elsewhere.

Jackie was rude on the phone and seemed very annoyed she had to do her job when I came in. Guy who was in a guns and roses shirts was very polite and grabbed everything out of my car they were going to get rid of and not compensate me for. She didn’t write down there were certain things in my car even though “ they always list the large items” she tried to not return a 20 pound car jack to me. Whoever that guy was though should definitely get a raise he was very nice and sweet about everything and kept everything fairly neat

Called and asked if they balance MC wheels. Secretary said yes, what kind of made motorcycle do you have? I said Honda Shadow. She said we only take in Harley Davidson. I said that's sad to hear.

2/21/22: Ended up getting talked into buying 4 parts I didn't need. Joe (owner) said the cost to fix vs replacing with OEM parts would save me money. I go to Powder Keg and they had no problem fixing. It was a little pricey, but they got it done for around $500.Ironically, the Harley Dealer that fixed my Dakota Digital is the parts department Kings ordered from. I wish that I never went to Kings for bad advice, it cost me another $530 they won't return. I get them not returning the speedometer as Harley had to put the miles on it, none of the other parts were mileage related. A reason she told me for not returning the part that hasn't arrived (excuses vs doing the right thing).Lisa (owners wife) said in her email, "it's how things work today". They take the customer out of customer service. They're too busy for their own good and don't care apparently. Good for them, not so much for the customer.9/26/2022 UpdateIt's now 9/26 and one of the parts I ordered still hasn't arrived 7 months later. I had to file a dispute with bank to get a credit. We wonder why Amazon does so well today, they return items you don't need or receive. Just how things are done today I guess, inconvenience the customer into filing a dispute. Remember when the customer use to always be right?10/13/22: They won the dispute, never replied to my last email and no part still. Truly unbelievable and sad. Man, I just put too much trust and once again got screwed.Owners Response: I don't expect you nor I to be out the money. Cancel the freaking order and refund me for the part that never showed up. I was told a month or so, not 7. It is exactly what your wife meant in her comment.Bottom line: You offered bad advice and take no ownership. If I would have never taken your advice: buy these 4 parts, replace the two other spots with speakers and buy those and a stereo from my buddy up the street, you're good to go. Sadly, you just didn't or couldn't fix Dakota Digital like Powder Keg did and I'm out an extra $530 for useless parts on BAD advice from an owner that could careless. It’s a disorganized mess in the store.

Worst experience buying parts. First, if you're buying a ****** ******** part from these guys, they are likely getting it from ************* first, so compare the price. Second, I ordered my 4 parts 2/21/22. 3 of the 4 parts came within 2 weeks. The parts were instrument panels to replace my ****** digital dashboard. 1. Speedometer (I had to enter the miles on it, 2. Fuel Gauge and 3. Oil Pressure. Honestly, I don't even know what the 4th part is. It is not even itemized on the invoice and it's 10/13/22 and no part still. I emailed them today and 9/27 with no response, including ****** *** parts guy. His last response said it would arrive 9/8. I filed a dispute with ** Bank and they chose KK over me, so they must bank with them and give more money. The bottom line, they should have allowed me to return 2 & 3 and cancel 4, refunding it. I get the speedometer, ****** had to enter the mileage on the speedometer. What company doesn't allow a part to be cancelled that hasn't arrived since 2/21/22. I am baffled how inconsiderate and thoughtless they are acting. All this stemmed from the owner *** not wanting to service the ****** Digital dash and he talked me into parts that I never put on becase Im still waiting for the 4th since 2/21. Ironically, I don't even own the bike anymore. Again, It's quite comical to me that they won't simply cancel an order and refund for me the one part that hasn't arrived. Ironically, the place that they order the parts from ************* fixed my ****** Digital. The actual parts guy at **** is the one that told me they would service it. They had no problem fixing my ****** Digital. I never needed the parts *** the owner recommended. Just an unfortunate business experience. ****** *** parts guy doesn't return emails nor Kings Kustoms and I'm out a wasted $530. Not to mention I paid over $500 for **** to fix mt ***********. A very expensive mistake I hope to save others from.

Best place to buy parts get all your Harley Davidson parts and services done all good people and know what their doing Mikey and Steve are some of the best and coolest mechanics you could meet. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else and tell everyone I know to go there and if they don't it's there lose. When the Harley dealership sends there bikes there to get tuned that says alot!! Best hands down.

I had Kings Kustoms put on a set of ape hangers on my 04 cvo deuce, with the bike being what it is they had to make parts and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was going to be perfect and they did not skip a beat. My bike and future bikes will go to Joe and his team, as I could not be happier with the customer service and the whole 9 yards, including the way the bike was given back to be, all shined up as they took the time to clean the bike up before I took it. 10/10 highly recommend .
